GOOD bye and It's just attraction in this world.

Attraction to people,

Situations and things and thoughts of people,

Situations and things and the feelings produced by these people,

Situations and things.

That's it.

That is called Maya in the scriptures.

That it pulls you.

The literal translation of Maya is that which is very attractive.

That which is almost like a magnet.

It's pulling you.

Yeah.

Yes.

So that's not what I do.

But those are the things that don't interest me but maybe I do interest in it but I'm not aware of it.

Yeah.

But keeps pulling out.

Yes.

Yes.

So it is Maya that pulls you out.

When you start getting established in the knowingness more and more and more with open eyes,

Not just in meditation but with open eyes.

You recognize that the quality of knowingness is absolutely quiet,

Still,

It's a void.

Can you experience it now?

Yes.

Yes.

The lower is there.

Does it have any quality?

Is it attracted to anything or does it resist anything?

It's like nothing.

It's like an empty space which has no quality.

Yeah,

But that's why I don't understand why if you're in it and it has this quality,

How can you bring food out?

Because it's very boring and dry.

And the ego likes that.

Yeah,

The ego likes yummy,

Tasty,

Delicious stuff,

Right?

Even the eyes want deliciousness.

They get bored of dry.

Yeah.

Okay.

So you have to accept the boredom.

Yes you accept everything that everything is happening in this knowingness.

It arises in this knowingness.

What is it?

Even if I'm going out in the mind,

What is it?

Is this thinking?

Thinking is made of knowing.

It's not different.

And that's okay.

There's no need to beat myself up or feel bad about it.

Come back.

Thinking is made of knowing only.

Come back to the knowingness,

Pure knowingness.

Here it is pure knowingness and here it becomes impure.

It gets mixed.

That's it.

Come back to the pure knowingness.

It's okay.

Sensing,

You're feeling some sensations coming up.

Oh sensing is not nothing but knowing.

Come back to pure knowing.

Yeah.

Again and again just be there.

See we have practiced 30 years,

40 years to be in this world of Maya.

Now suddenly we can't expect that by practice of 30 days or 40 days or even 30 months I should come back.

It will take its time.

We don't know how much time.

It depends on the intensity of attachment.

We have invisible strings of attachment going out.

We don't know how thick and how gummy and how magnetic,

How strong that force is.

It is different for different people.

Yeah.

Yeah so it will take its time and nobody can know how much time it's going to take for me.

Leave alone telling the other person how much time it's going to take for them.

It's not possible.

So how much of a time it takes,

It's okay.

It's anyway knowing.

You just be in knowing.

I am knowing that there is thinking happening.

That's okay.

Come back to me.

Again and again do that.

Again and again.

Again and again.

Be like that space that does not negotiate.

No I don't want thoughts.

No I don't want feelings.

Does space do that?

Space accepts a fantastic beautiful piece of furniture and it accepts a totally garbage can.

It doesn't say no to anything you put in the space in this room.

It will accept everything.

Correct?

Be like space.

Whatever comes is fine.

It is just knowing.

Let me now go to pure knowing.

And then be there.

Gently.

Not pushing yourself.

Not forcing yourself.

Not beating yourself up.

Compassion.

Like Buddha.

You have compassion with yourself first.

And you can just be in the pure knowing.
