It's very simple yet powerful meditation to increase our self-love and to be happy inside.

It can be done easily by observing the breath,

Grateful for the breath for the inhalation and exhalation that we receive at the present moment.

Grateful for the event or one event for example you do go to others today so whatever it is.

Let's start the practice of the gratitude gratefulness.

You may choose to sit on the floor or in the chair if you feel not comfortable sitting in the floor or the mat or you may choose to lying on your back.

Lengthen your spine take a deep inhale through your nose roll your shoulder back and exhale through your mouth relax your shoulder.

You may close your eyes smile in your face grateful for the breath that you received just now every inhalation be grateful for inhalation for the air the free air come from your mouth nostril.

Free exhalation,

Regretful for the exhalation the air out from your both nostril the free air.

Somehow we take the breath just for granted we take it for granted while others outside of us outside our home maybe they cannot breathe properly like us breathe freely like us grateful for this.

In every inhalation you can feel deeper gratefulness gratitude thanks to the God for the free air in every exhalation will your body relax to time bendy for.

Grateful for all part of your body that have been working for you for 24 hours until now your face all part of your face observe the sensation grateful for your neck for your shoulder both hands your palms your fingertips grateful for your chest your lung your heart your stomach your liver your kidney grateful for your spine your tailbone both leg and your toes.

Bring your awareness to your heart center grateful for who you are right now look inside your heart just remember or record a moment one moment one activity that you can feel so grateful or maybe you just today give a hands or help to someone.

Or grateful for your employees your business partners your lover your parents whatever it is free the gratitude stronger and stronger in your heart appreciate every moment of the gratefulness spread to the whole body to the cell of your body thanks to the God to the universe you may continue the meditation.
