Welcome to this Yoga Nidra practice for connecting with your intuition.

Think of this meditation as a guide for exploring your intuitive voice,

Rather than a box to check or a formula.

Intuition is not one thing,

It doesn't look or feel one way for everyone.

When we can release the expectation of what our intuition is supposed to look or sound or feel like,

We can truly be open to what it has to say.

This practice is here to help you uncover the voice of your intuition,

Especially if it's been buried or failed or dulled.

Intuition is a practice,

It's a never-ending conversation with the part of you that is deeply knowing,

Deeply wise,

And unfailingly honest.

Trust takes time.

Gather what you need to be comfortable.

Find a position of rest that feels good to you in this moment.

Start to feel all the places where your body is touching the surface beneath you.

Feel your body breathing.

Notice the way the air moves in and out of you like a wave.

Start to elongate your exhales,

Taking twice as long on your exhale as your inhale.

This signals to the body and the mind that it's okay to rest and become still right now.

Feeling the current of your breath,

The constant ebb and flow,

This sustained intelligence that your body carries.

Let's take a moment for gratitude for our bodies,

For their ability to move and breathe,

And all the other ways they take care of us in every moment of every day,

Allowing this gratitude to ripple out from your heart,

Feeling gratitude throughout your entire body.

Let's set the intention of remaining aware during this meditation.

May intuition be revealed.

May intuition be revealed.

May intuition be revealed.

We'll now feel through different parts of the body.

As I name each part,

Simply bring your attention there,

Giving your presence,

Your focus to each body part as I name it.

We'll begin with the brow center,

Also known as the third eye.

Bring your attention to the center of your forehead,

The center of your throat,

Over to the right shoulder joint,

Right elbow joint,

Right wrist joint,

The tip of the right thumb,

The tip of the right index finger,

The tip of the ring finger,

And the tip of the right pinky finger,

The center of the right wrist,

The center of the right elbow,

The center of the right shoulder,

The center of the throat,

Left shoulder joint,

Left elbow joint,

Left wrist joint,

Tip of the left thumb,

Tip of the left index finger,

Tip of the left middle finger,

Tip of the left ring finger,

And the tip of the left pinky finger,

Center of the left wrist,

Center of the left elbow,

Center of the left shoulder,

Center of the throat,

Center of the chest,

Right side of the chest,

Center of the chest,

Left side of the chest,

Heart center,

Solar plexus,

Navel center,

Right hip joint,

Right knee joint,

Right ankle joint,

Right big toe,

Tip of the second toe,

Tip of the third toe,

Tip of the fourth toe,

Center of the right ankle,

Center of the right knee,

Center of the right hip,

Navel center,

Left hip joint,

Left knee joint,

Left ankle joint,

Left big toe,

Tip of the second toe,

Tip of the fourth toe,

Tip of the fifth toe,

Center of the left ankle,

Center of the left knee,

Center of the left hip,

Navel center,

Solar plexus,

Center of the throat,

Heart center,

Brow center,

Resting back in the center of the forehead.

Using the power of your creative imagination,

Visualize a blue light at the center of your forehead.

Feel this clear glowing blue light at the center of your forehead.

This light represents your inner knowing,

Your inner wisdom,

Your intuition.

This light is clear,

Grounded,

And tuned into truth.

Let's ask your intuition some questions.

Know that the answers may come in a thought or words,

But they may also come in feelings,

Sensations,

Symbols or images,

Memories,

Or even sounds and tastes.

Remain open to however your intuition is communicating with you right now.

Ask your intuition,

What does yes feel like in my body?

What does it feel like when I'm a yes to something?

Ask your intuition what yes feels like for you.

Releasing yes,

Returning to the blue light at your brow center.

Releasing all associations with yes,

Focusing back on the blue light at your brow center.

Now ask your intuition,

What does no feel like in my body?

What signals does my body give me when I'm a no to something?

What does no feel like for you?

Releasing all associations with no and returning to the blue light at your brow center.

Drop your presence and your awareness down into your heart.

Resting in your heart space for a moment.

Receiving anything from your heart,

Whether consciously or unconsciously,

That you need in this moment.

Remembering that your body is your sacred partner in this life.

It goes everywhere with you.

It's always communicating with you and always wants what's best for you.

May intuition be revealed.

May intuition be revealed.

May intuition be revealed.

Start to tune into the sensation of your breath.

The sensation of your body touching the surface beneath you.

Begin to notice the temperature of the room that you're in and the sounds you hear in your space.

Before you continue on with your day,

Take a moment to write down any insights you received during this practice.

Making a note of what yes and no felt like in your body.

And when you notice a sensation of yes or no coming up in response to something in your day,

Practice trusting your intuition.

Listen to that yes or no and take action in alignment with what you feel.

Remember,

Intuition is a practice,

So keep coming back.

Keep coming back to your body,

To your heart,

Knowing that each time you do,

You strengthen your intuition.

Lovely voice and guidance with soft background. Thank you. For me: Yes felt easy and natural. No felt firm and slightly painful. I will return to this one, Namaste!

In this meditation, I felt sensations that I was familiar with, but had never connected to my intuition. Wonderful meditation!!!
