Hello,

My name is Eden Sky Orion and this is a yoga nidra practice for clearing energy.

Begin by creating the most comfortable environment possible for you to check in with yourself.

Move anything around in your space or move your body to a more comfortable resting position.

Let's take a few deep breaths together to settle into the practice.

We'll inhale on a count of four,

Hold for four,

And exhale on a count of eight.

So really slowing down the exhale.

Ready?

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Exhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight again.

See if you can slow down your exhale even more.

Finding your own pace,

Following your own rhythm.

Good.

Finish off your last long exhale and then allow your breathing to return to its natural state.

Release any control of your breath and allow your body to lead the way.

Remember,

Your body is an expert at breathing.

In fact,

Your body breathes constantly without you having to do or be anything or even ask it to.

Breath truly has the power to transform our inner state.

Breath is one of the greatest tools for stimulating the vagus nerve and activating the parasympathetic nervous system or the rest and digest mode of the body.

And these long exhales we just practiced are an incredible way to do that.

In many ancient cultures,

The word for breath and spirit are the same.

The ancients knew that breath was powerful and across the world,

It was seen as the animating force of life.

So as you witness your body breathing,

Feel your spirit,

Your aliveness enter you with each breath.

As we tune into this connection to our life force,

Our breath and our capacity to transform with each inhale and exhale,

We'll now begin the practice of yoga nidra.

Drop into your heart space and call forth the feeling of gratitude.

Allow the elevated emotion of gratitude to permeate your entire being and envelop your attention.

It's okay if you can't pinpoint one thing you're grateful for.

You can call upon a memory or a time when you felt gratitude.

Dive into that memory and experience gratitude as fully as you can in this moment.

Now invite an intention for this practice to arise from your heart.

What seed of love does your heart want to plant within you today?

Turn what comes up into an I am statement.

An example would be,

I am clear.

I am safe.

Or I am worthy.

Repeat yours in your mind three times.

See this intention burning bright like a candle flame in your heart.

And now bring this candle up into your brow center,

Allowing it to illuminate the center of your forehead.

This flame burns,

Transmutes,

And clears any energy that is stuck in your brow center or your third eye.

Right in the center of your forehead.

Now move this candle down to the center of your throat.

Feel it burning brightly there.

Shining light.

Transmuting any stuck or unneeded energy through fire.

Now bring this candle over to your right shoulder joint.

Your right elbow joint.

Right wrist joint.

Tip of the right thumb.

Tip of the right index finger.

Tip of the middle finger.

Tip of the fourth finger.

The tip of the right pinky finger.

Center of the right wrist.

Center of the right elbow.

Center of the right shoulder.

And back to the center of the throat.

Bring this candle over to your left shoulder joint.

Left elbow joint.

Left wrist joint.

Tip of the left thumb.

Tip of the left index finger.

Tip of the middle finger.

Tip of the fourth finger.

And the tip of the left pinky finger.

Center of the left wrist.

Center of the left elbow.

Center of the left shoulder.

Back to the center of the throat.

Now bring this candle down to the center of your chest.

Over to the right nipple.

Back to the center of the chest.

Over to the left nipple.

And back to the heart center.

Now lower this candle to your solar plexus,

Just between your heart and your belly button.

And lower it further to the sacral center,

Just below the belly button.

Right hip joint.

Right knee joint.

Right ankle joint.

Right big toe.

Tip of the second toe.

Tip of the third toe.

Tip of the fourth toe.

And the tip of the fifth toe.

Center of the right ankle.

Center of the right knee.

Center of the right hip.

Back to the sacral center,

Just below the belly button.

Over to the left hip joint.

Left knee joint.

Left ankle joint.

Left big toe.

Tip of the second toe.

Tip of the third toe.

Tip of the fourth toe.

And the tip of the fifth toe.

Center of the left ankle.

Center of the left knee.

Center of the left hip.

Back to the sacral center,

Just below the belly button.

Up to the solar plexus,

Between the belly button and the heart.

Up further to the center of the throat.

Down to the heart center.

And up to the brow center.

Feel your entire body lit up with the fire of your heart.

Lit up with the clearing flame of your intention.

Feel and sense your entire body.

Feel your whole body.

Travel back up to your brow center,

Feeling your inner flame here.

Feeling the clarity of your inner flame in your brow center.

Now feel into the state of being cloudy,

Of being confused.

What does confusion feel like for you?

And where does it live in your body?

Return to the flame in your brow center.

Now feel into the state of being self-assured,

The state of being sure.

What does sureness feel like for you?

And where does it live in your body?

Return to the flame in your brow center.

Now feel into the state of being constricted.

What does being constricted feel like for you?

And where does it live in your body?

Return to the flame in your brow center.

Feel into the state of being free.

What does freedom feel like for you?

And where does it live in your body?

Allow freedom to dissolve into the flame in your brow center.

Drop back down to your heart.

Ask your heart the following questions and know that the answer may not arise in words.

The heart does not always communicate through language,

So pay attention to what you feel and sense.

Ask your heart what are you desiring to express?

Ask your heart what am I ready to step into more fully?

Don't wait too long for whatever you see.

Resting in your heart space.

Listen for your intention.

Feel your intention anchored in your heart and coursing through your entire body.

Let's dedicate the benefits we've received from doing this practice today to all of these sentient human and non-human beings who feel far away from their inner freedom and far away from clarity.

The practice of yoga nidra is now complete.

And as you gently begin to awaken back into your space,

Tap into the feeling of gratitude once more.

Allow gratitude to guide you from the depths of your consciousness back to the surface of your skin,

Back to the current of your waking and conscious mind,

Back to awareness of sound,

Smell,

Touch,

Taste,

And sight.

Open your eyes and take in your space,

Landing with clear energy into the present moment.
