Looking forward to spending some time with you in order to work on forgiveness, on letting go of that weight which does not allow to live our life completely. Sometimes we need to reflect, to take a break and to let the elements take away what we do not need in our life anymore.

Hi everyone.

We're gonna do a short meditation about forgiveness.

Sometimes we're not able to forgive other people and this doesn't allow us to continue with our life.

We feel stuck,

We feel a lot of anger,

A lot of insecurities inside ourselves.

It doesn't mean that whatever these people did to us wasn't valuable,

Like in the sense that it was actually something disgraceful,

Something bad,

Something that we didn't deserve.

But what we're mainly focusing today is just to be able to go on with our life.

Let it go.

So we're gonna start with three breaths.

Let yourself go.

It doesn't matter if you breathe through your nose or through your mouth.

Now see if you can find a very,

Very,

Very,

Very comfortable position.

It doesn't matter if you're sitting right now,

Whatever you feel.

Just try to get more comfortable in that position.

If it is possible,

Close your eyes.

We're going to start this visualization in which we are,

Through which we're going to be able to let it go,

To let those,

Those,

To let those bad things that were done to us were done to us to keep going with our life,

To focus on the good things,

The joy,

Future,

The enjoyment of life,

And not to be stuck in that anger and in that discomfort,

Which causes us pain and doesn't make us feel happy.

So think that you are walking towards your bathroom.

You turn on the water or the shower just to reach the desired temperature,

The one that you need.

You start getting impressed.

Then you step in the shower.

You test the water with one finger just to double-check that the temperature is the right temperature,

The one that you want.

And then you go under the stream of water.

Let the water go,

Clean you and cleanse you,

Keep breathing.

Whenever you're ready,

Try to think of that person,

Those people,

That thing that was done to you,

That something that you feel that probably you didn't deserve,

That was just outrageous.

Why is the person treating you like that?

Why did you do that?

He or she did that.

But do not focus on that.

Instead,

Just focus on the fact that the water now is taking away that feeling,

That thought,

That sensation that you kept inside yourself.

It's almost like you were attached to it somehow for many different reasons,

Probably.

But now is the time to let it go.

You keep breathing,

And the water is doing its job.

You start feeling like more serene,

Quiet,

Peaceful.

And now I'm going to leave you for a minute in silence while you really and completely enjoy this state of mind,

But also state of really like a physical sensation with this water cleaning and cleansing.

Keep enjoying this state,

This state of mind,

This physical state.

Let your body relax even more.

Then you're going to turn off the water.

You're going to grab your favorite towel.

You're going to wrap yourself with it.

You're probably going to even hug yourself with a big,

Big,

Big hug.

And then slowly you walk back to where you were before.

You let the visualization go.

You're calm,

Quiet,

In peace.

When you feel ready,

You can start wiggling your fingers and toes and gently and slowly open your eyes.

You can always go back to where you were before.

You can go back to this meditation whenever you feel that you're stuck,

That you are not able to forgive people.

Knowing that when you forgive others,

You just let it go.

And you can go on with your life.

You can be happier.

You can be more focused on the joy of life and the things that you want to do.

Thank you again for doing this meditation with me.

I wish you a very beautiful day or evening,

Wherever you are.

And I'll see you next time.

Ciao.
