Welcome.
Have you ever had a feeling of heavy jealousy?
Back in the days it was something which may have been lived in a small environment,
Among friends,
Maybe at school or work.
Someone succeeded in something or had a new girlfriend,
Boyfriend,
Husband,
Wife,
A new job,
A nice car and you may have found the sensation of envy,
Jealousy growing inside you.
We usually associate the colour green with that and it's so interesting that such a beautiful colour like green is used for this kind of feeling.
Nowadays we live in a very different time.
At the time of the social medias,
The networks,
We connect and we have lived there for quite a while.
Somehow we expose ourselves even more to that feeling of envy and jealousy.
First of all,
Let's not forget that what people,
And some of us too,
Do pass on the socials are not a real portray out there of our lives.
Oh well,
Let's move even beyond that and try to work on freeing ourselves from those feelings.
Isn't it even more ironic that we tend to feel envious or jealous for something that may not even be true?
Let's focus deeply on our breathing,
Let's find a very comfortable position and start working on this possibility that we have today.
For a few moments think about a recent situation in which you felt those feelings arousing inside you.
Let's breathe deeply and always remember that our breath is a very precious piece of jewellery that can adorn us better than anything else.
Our cells breathe,
Our body relaxes and feel more peaceful even when we experience a turmoil inside us.
Let's keep breathing,
Still three breaths together.
That situation you brought back to your memory,
Give your feeling of envy and jealousy a number of intensity,
A scale from 0 to 10.
Be honest to yourself,
But at the same time as much as possible,
Do not let this mess up with your state of mind and with your body.
No matter what,
Keep breathing and we'll soon gonna work on releasing that feeling.
I'll give you a little more time to breathe by yourself.
If it's possible try to breathe only through your nose,
If not do as you feel and do as you like.
It's normal.
Let's you breathe.
Okay,
Let me bring on the next ciddle from introducing part two,
Perfect sound.
This is a single What we're going to do is to breathe three times,
But let me explain how we're going to do that.
So when we breathe in,
We're going to get to the top and then sip in a little more oxygen and then we're going to let the air out very slowly.
Remember that the exhale should be a little longer than the inhale,
Almost a double.
However this is not a math test,
So let's try to do our best.
No judgement,
Not too much expectation,
But with a very natural response.
Let's start with the first breath.
Just call the time that you need.
And then we're going to do a second one.
Let's go with the final one.
By now your body should be a little more relaxed.
More maybe?
Even better.
And at ease.
The next step now is to use your hands to tap on your collarbone,
Almost like a butterfly moving their wings.
Tapping is a great method to release stress,
To move energy throughout your body and around us.
We're going to do that for a little while.
As I said before,
Think about your hands as wings of a beautiful butterfly.
The color that you like,
Or many different colors.
And this tapping is massaging your body each single tap.
There's no right or wrong,
There's not a definite speed.
You follow your instinct,
Your body,
And get to the pace that better suits you.
Keep breathing.
And just a quick reminder,
Always think that you're coming from a place of love,
And that's what you're offering yourself right now.
Love.
Let's keep tapping for a little while.
Now you can stop tapping.
What we're going to do next is to scan our body from head to toes,
Paying attention to how certain things center parts of our bodies.
Inside and outside have changed even better.
We are even more relaxed and we feel more at peace.
And our mind too.
Our mind is not influenced by those negative feelings we had at the very beginning.
We feel so light.
Think about something light you would like to associate your body with.
A feather,
A cloud.
Save that image like you would save a file for later.
This is going to be a reminder for moments in which you won't feel at peace.
Since you are experiencing peace,
This is a reminder,
It's just like a souvenir,
You can go back to find a sense of tranquility again and again.
Now I'll let you breathe in complete silence.
And I will return in a bit to start our journey back to your day or evening.
Tell me what is that about?
Good.
.
.
.
.
Keep breathing.
Enjoy this calmness.
We're gonna take three deep breaths together.
But before,
Do not forget your reminder.
Do not forget the little image that you have saved.
That you can always go to when you feel anxious,
Envious,
Jealous.
You can always return to it and find the peace that you found during the meditation.
Let's breathe together.
.
You can start wiggle your fingers and toes.
You can even stretch your arms,
Legs.
You can hug yourself.
Always from a place of love,
The love that you've given yourself today during the meditation,
When you were tapping on your collarbones.
From the bottom of my heart,
I wanna thank you for having joined me in this meditation.
I wish you a gorgeous rest of the day or even wherever you are.
Again,
Thank you.
Namaste.
