ASMR Let me guide you, let's experiment together with a series of breathing through our nostrils. Let yourself go, relax, and grant yourself some time, just for yourself. If during the breathing exercise, you will feel a little dizzy, it is perfectly normal. Do this meditation seated or lying down.

A few minutes.

Here we are Apex,

Few minutes but we leave them blessed.

We begin by finding the most comfortable position possible,

Whether sitting or lying down.

Take your biggest breath of the day and release with a deep exhalation.

Here second time and if you want you can even release with an exhalation like that of a lion or a lioness.

If you haven't closed your eyes yet,

Let's close them and relax your shoulders,

Features of your face and let everything go completely.

Place one hand,

We take five breaths through the nose and relax our mind and body even more.

Do a series of breaths during which we'll go through nostril and then the other.

I will guide you step by step.

This is for ten breaths in total.

We will inhale nostril for four,

This is for five from the other nostril.

Thumb of the right hand,

I go for the right nostril,

Another nostril.

With the index fingers of the right hand,

I go for the left nostril.

Hold my breath and then exhale through the right nostril.

Let's do it once together.

Inhale,

Nostril,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Release with the right nostril,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Now we're going to repeat it ten times.

This breathing will bring us new oxygen,

Release tension and continue our day more serene and happy.

Inhale with right nostril,
