Welcome to the audio meditation on the technique of mindful breathing.

Allow yourself to find solitude in a quiet,

Tranquil place.

Get comfortable on any surface,

Preferably semi-solid or solid.

It could be a chair,

Or you can sit in a half lotus or full lotus position.

Close your eyes and focus all your attention on your breath.

Direct your attention to the entrance of your nostrils.

Try to feel the touch of the incoming air against your skin.

Explore any sensations that arise under your nostrils during inhalation.

Now,

Observe the sensations under your nostrils that arise during exhalation.

Over time,

You'll notice how the practice of single-pointed concentration on the breath under the nostrils promotes deep relaxation,

Improves concentration,

And reduces stress levels.

This technique also helps enhance mindfulness and leads to inner tranquility.

Siddhartha Gautama,

Known as the Buddha,

Shared wisdom that echoes the sentiment of living in the world without being ensnared by its illusions.

He taught,

Be a lamp unto yourself,

Be a refuge to yourself,

Take yourself to no external refuge.

In this statement,

The Buddha encourages individuals to seek enlightenment and truth within themselves rather than being swayed by the external world.

He emphasized the importance of inner wisdom and self-reliance on the path to nirvana,

Which is the ultimate state of liberation from suffering and the cycle of rebirth.

Initially,

One must cultivate their awareness and then pursue their aspirations in life.

This concept holds significant insight.

Without broadening your awareness,

You will only attract experiences that match your present level of consciousness.

If you don't expand your consciousness,

You'll only receive,

In life,

What corresponds to your current level of awareness.

This reminds us that awareness of our inner world and our reactions to it is the first step toward making changes in our lives.

By practicing meditation,

We are precisely working with our reactions.

Awareness highlights the importance of being mindful of our internal landscape and how we respond to it,

Which is the foundational step towards transforming our lives.

Through meditation,

We actively engage with and manage our responses.

Vairagya,

A tool that empowers an individual to transform their life through a single act,

To detach from dependencies.

It is akin to a liberated bird soaring through the vast sky,

Unbound to any particular locale or direction,

Able to land,

Rest,

And then,

With freedom,

Choose its next course.

In life,

One must simply perform the necessary actions.

This statement underscores the necessity of carrying out our responsibilities while maintaining a dispassionate stance towards the outcomes.

It's crucial to acknowledge that we possess nothing.

We must grasp that nothing is truly ours.

And to clarify,

This doesn't imply that one should lead a life of neglect or aimlessness.

Individuals are expected to fulfill their roles,

Work,

Procreate,

Etc.

But they should not cling to these activities.

Their devotion should be directed solely towards God and His emissaries.

If a person clings to anything else,

It reveals a fundamental misunderstanding of life's purpose and the structure of the world.

What then should be done with such a person?

He should face the consequences of his actions.

He has been instructed,

Placed in specific scenarios,

Yet he fails to learn.

He receives the outcomes he merits.

Do what is necessary.

This reminds us of the importance of fulfilling our duties,

But without unnecessary emotional attachment to the results.

It's important to realize that nothing belongs to us.

We must understand that nothing belongs to us.

And once again,

This doesn't mean that you should be some kind of careless person,

Do nothing,

Be homeless,

And so on,

No.

People must perform their duties,

Work,

Reproduce,

And so on,

But they shouldn't be attached to it.

Their attachment should only be to God and His representatives.

If a person is attached to something else,

It indicates his misunderstanding of the meaning of life and the arrangement of the world.

In that case,

What should be done with him?

He should be punished for it.

They explain to him,

Put him in certain situations,

But he draws no conclusions.

He gets what he deserves.

In the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali,

It is said,

Concentration on God within us helps us to free ourselves from attachment to the world and achieve inner freedom.

This quote reminds us that true freedom and tranquility are inside us,

And our meditation helps us to discover this source.

So let's continue to focus on our breath together.

Allow each inhalation to just be as it is,

Without distorting it.

Let each exhalation occur naturally,

As the body wishes.

When we become aware of our breath,

We open the door to a deep understanding of our inner world and its interaction with the external world.

Let's remind ourselves that our goal is to learn how to calm our minds.

To start,

We must focus on our concentration.

Concentration can be developed only with daily practice,

At least one hour after waking up and one hour before going to sleep.

If you can concentrate for thirty seconds or a minute under your nostrils,

Without any distractions to any thoughts,

Then be courageous enough to teach your mind how to calm.

Treat it like your best friend,

Teaching it to find calmness in every moment,

With love and care.

Dear mind,

Please find calmness.

Be calm,

Be calm.

Please calm down.

Everything is fine,

No worries.

We are here together,

Free from any troubles.

Please be calm and relax.

Be calm.

Let's continue the meditation in silence,

With each inhalation and exhalation,

Delving into mindful breathing and reaching inner freedom.

Continue to observe your breath until the end of the audio session.

Only then will you develop true tranquility and inner peace.
