Welcome to the mindfulness breathing meditation,

Where we will immerse ourselves in understanding ourselves and the source of our own happiness.

Allow yourself to retreat to a quiet place.

Settle comfortably on any surface,

Preferably semi-solid or solid.

It could be a chair,

Or you can sit in a half lotus or full lotus position.

Close your eyes and focus all your attention on your breath.

Focus directly at the entrance of your nostrils.

Try to feel the touch of the incoming air on your skin.

What do you feel?

Explore any sensations that arise under your nostrils as the air touches your skin.

In today's society,

We are bombarded with an incessant stream of stimuli.

Social media updates,

Television series,

And the buzz of city life.

These external distractions pull us away from introspection.

Left in solitude,

The mind begins to stir,

Often bringing forth uncomfortable thoughts,

As many are at a loss for how to engage with their own company.

We've grown dependent on constant stimulation,

Using it as a shield against the unease that simmers within us.

Yet,

When we turn our focus inward,

When we explore the depths of our inner landscape,

Our thoughts gain clarity and depth.

This is the essence of yoga,

The practice of delving into our consciousness.

Let's redirect our attention to the breath now.

Breathe slowly and deeply.

Feel the inhale bringing new energy into you and the exhale releasing you from tension and anxiety.

When left to their own devices in quietude,

Individuals resort to killing time through various means.

They might endlessly scroll through social media feeds or binge-watch television shows,

Activities that serve as a temporary escape from the discomfort of idleness.

Without a clear sense of purpose or self-directed activity,

They struggle to find meaningful engagement and instead fill the void with distractions that offer little more than momentary respite.

Another example is when people compulsively check their emails or messages not out of necessity but as a habitual response to the silence that demands their attention.

This constant seeking of external input is a way to avoid confronting the stillness that might otherwise lead to self-reflection and personal growth.

In our world today,

We are faced with a constant flow of information,

Entertainment,

And external impressions.

Noise,

Music,

The internet,

All of these distract our attention from our inner world.

When we are alone,

In silence,

Thoughts arise,

And they are not always pleasant because people simply don't know what to do with themselves.

We are accustomed to constant entertainment because it distracts us from our inner restlessness.

However,

When we find ourselves within,

When we direct our attention to the inner world,

Our thoughts become clearer and deeper.

This is the art of yoga,

The art of turning inward,

Into our own consciousness.

Usually,

When people are in silence,

Alone with themselves,

They engage in what is called killing time,

Play games,

And so on.

Because people are idle,

They cannot find occupation,

They don't know what to do with themselves.

With each inhale and exhale,

You dive deeper into your inner space.

Give yourself permission to be here and now,

Fully present in the moment.

Remember,

This meditation is your time for inner peace,

Self-discovery,

Self-exploration.

Even if your thoughts begin to wander,

Simply return to your breath,

To this moment here and now.

Thus,

Repeatedly redirect your attention to your breath.

Through mindful breathing,

We open the doors to our inner world,

Finding peace and harmony within it,

Realizing that true happiness lies within us,

In our own consciousness.

Our thoughts are the very essence of life,

A constant presence that resonates everywhere,

Always.

We cannot escape them,

Not even in a soundproof room,

For the quiet hum of our own thoughts and the steady beat of our heart persist.

These sounds,

Like the chirping of birds,

The rush of water,

And the howling of wind,

Become the soundtrack of our existence.

However,

True peace doesn't lie external to us,

It must be cultivated within.

Inner peace,

The essence of which we yearn for,

Lies within the sanctuary of our soul.

When we speak of love and happiness,

We speak of our nature,

Inherent qualities that people often search for externally,

Mistaking them for external rewards.

But love and happiness are not out there to be found.

They are states of consciousness,

Existing within us eternally.

Unlocking them within oneself changes everything.

The key to unlocking this inner realm lies in discovering the divine within ourselves,

Which manifests as the infinite love of God and the cornerstone of self-love.

No one,

Not even the universe itself,

Can love you more than you love yourself.

This realization,

The foundation of our existence,

Transforms our relationships and our lives.

Self-love isn't selfishness,

But rather the recognition of our inherent value,

The very essence of being human.

Without it,

We wander through life like shadows,

Seeking love and happiness externally,

Grasping at fleeting illusions.

The path to a fulfilling life starts with cherishing ourselves.

This journey of self-discovery is challenging,

Yet attainable.

Dhyana meditation offers a powerful tool to find the divine within,

Fostering self-love.

It's not about passively wishing or demanding love from others.

It's about actively cultivating self-love through meditation.

This is the moment when we truly begin to love ourselves,

A stark contrast to merely conforming to the expectations of others.

If we desire something meaningful in life,

It must start with ourselves,

With the cultivation of self-love.

Only then can we truly experience the transformative power of inner peace and love that permeates every aspect of our lives.

Iyengar said,

Occupying the mind outside is called worldly life,

And occupying it inside is called yoga.

These words remind us that true happiness and peace lie within us,

In the depths of our own being.

Let's strive to be more present in moments of tranquility.

Continue to observe your breath until the end of the audio session.

This way,

You will develop true tranquility and inner peace within yourself.

Focus directly at the entrance of your nostrils.

Try to feel the touch of the incoming air on your skin.

What do you feel?

Explore any sensations that arise under your nostrils as the air touches your skin.
