Welcome to the mindfulness breathing meditation,

Where we will immerse ourselves in understanding ourselves and the source of our own happiness.

Before beginning this session,

I invite you to tune into the practice,

To tune in so that you truly immerse yourself in total immersion and mindfulness,

Eager to learn something new and gain more experience.

Tuning into the practice is the most important step before starting this guided audio meditation.

Allow yourself to settle comfortably.

You can sit on any surface,

Preferably semi-solid or solid.

You can sit on a chair in a half lotus or in a lotus position,

Close your eyes and begin to become aware of your breath.

Focus all your attention on the area beneath your nostrils.

Breathe slowly,

Consciously feeling each inhale and exhale.

Feel how the inhales and exhales naturally pass through your nostrils.

Stay with your breath for a little longer.

Becoming aware of your inhale,

Exhale.

Why do we,

As humans,

So frequently search for joy and fulfillment in things outside ourselves?

Why do we look to the external world,

Believing that therein lies genuine happiness?

Outward-focused awareness leads a person to seek all things in life beyond themselves,

Turning their attention and senses outward.

As one's focus shifts externally,

The life energy or prana follows suit,

Drawn by their attention and awareness.

What occupies my thoughts also draws near,

For the image in my mind is as tangible as any physical form.

What prompts this outward quest?

The root cause is ignorance,

Avidya,

The absence of true knowledge.

Extroverted consciousness makes a person seek everything in life outside of themselves,

Directing attention and sensory organs outward.

As a person directs their attention outward,

Their prana also moves there,

Following attention and consciousness.

What I think about I also attract,

Because the image in my consciousness is as real as the physical image.

Why does this happen?

Why does a person seek everything outside of themselves?

The reason lies in ignorance,

Avidya,

Lack of knowledge.

This happens because we have forgotten that our life is a reflection of our consciousness.

This occurs because we've lost sight of the fact that our existence mirrors our consciousness.

Everything that enters our life originates from within our consciousness.

Once we grasp that our existence mirrors our consciousness,

We start to see ourselves as the architects of our reality.

Genuine joy is not contingent on external factors,

It is found within the individual.

Take a moment of stillness to recognize that genuine joy isn't reliant on external factors,

It dwells within us,

In our own essence.

When we discover contentment within ourselves,

We stand firm,

Regardless of external fluctuations.

Everything we attract into our life begins in our consciousness.

When we realize that our life reflects our consciousness,

We begin to realize ourselves as creators of our reality.

True happiness does not depend on external circumstances,

It lies within the individual.

Give yourself a moment of silence to realize that true happiness does not depend on external conditions,

It resides within us,

In our own soul.

A mindful individual realizes that they are not at the mercy of circumstances,

Rather they wield circumstances as a tool.

People experience unhappiness due to discontent with themselves,

From a lack of self-reliance,

From failing to find joy within their own consciousness.

True happiness is not contingent on external factors,

It is found within the individual.

When we find satisfaction within ourselves,

We become unshakable in the face of external changes.

A responsible person understands that they are not a toy in the hands of circumstances,

But circumstances are their instrument.

People are unhappy because of dissatisfaction with themselves,

Because of the inability to be self-sufficient,

Because of the inability to find happiness in their consciousness.

True happiness does not depend on external circumstances,

It lies within the individual.

Shri Adi Shankaracharya said,

Blessed is the one who,

Having the opportunity to enjoy external objects,

Finds satisfaction in their own soul.

Let's take another deep breath.

Allow yourself to feel this inner harmony and bliss in your heart.

Let this knowledge be your compass on the journey to inner peace and joy.

Continue to observe your breath until the end of the audio session.

True happiness does not depend on external circumstances,

It lies within the individual.

Blessed is the one who,

Having the opportunity to enjoy external objects,

Finds satisfaction in their own soul.

When we find satisfaction within ourselves,

We become unshakable in the face of external changes.

A responsible person understands that they are not a toy in the hands of circumstances,

But circumstances are their instrument.

Everything we attract into our life begins in our consciousness.

When we realize that our life reflects our consciousness,

We begin to realize ourselves as creators of our reality.

True happiness does not depend on external circumstances,

It lies within the individual.

Give yourself a moment of silence to realize that true happiness does not depend on external conditions.

Now,

Slowly open your eyes,

Realizing that true happiness is always available within you.
