Greetings,
Wise individual.
In this audio meditation,
We will be using the ancient technique of anapanasati,
Mindfulness of breathing,
And delve into reflections on viveka and vairagya.
Find a comfortable,
Quiet place where you can sit on any surface,
Preferably semi-solid or solid.
It could be a chair,
Or you can sit in a half-lotus or lotus position.
Allow yourself at this moment to set aside all worries and thoughts and immerse yourself in the world of your inner peace.
Close your eyes,
And let's begin our journey into the realm of mindful breathing.
Feel the air entering through your nostrils and filling your body with fresh energy.
Specifically,
Feel how the breath passes through your nostrils.
Through which nostril does the air pass?
Through the right?
Or through the left?
Or through both simultaneously?
If air passes through your left nostril,
You are simply observing that the air flows through the left nostril.
Similarly,
If it passes through your right nostril,
You are merely noting that the air is flowing through the right nostril.
If it passes through both nostrils,
You simply acknowledge that it passes through both.
This is how you cultivate awareness,
The awareness of being present.
As we engage in meditation,
We invite the divine presence within us.
God is not merely a concept,
It is not just our musings about the divine.
God is found in the stillness between our thoughts,
The quietude and peace we can reach within the depths of our consciousness.
God manifests when thoughts cease and a space emerges between them.
That is the divine.
If there are thoughts about God,
Then the divine is absent.
These are our notions about the divine,
But not the divine itself.
Let's sink into this quiet,
Into this radiant vision of the divine that dwells in our hearts.
As we breathe in,
We draw in the divine presence.
As we breathe out,
We let go of all that is superfluous,
All our conceptions and anticipations.
As we immerse ourselves in meditation,
We open the door to God within ourselves.
God is not just an idea,
It is not just thoughts about him.
God is the gaps between our thoughts.
Truth is only conveyed in stillness.
Language merely hinders comprehension.
Together,
Let's unlock the divine presence in our inner sanctuary.
In this instant,
Let your awareness sink into stillness,
Into illumination,
Into affection.
Everything is hallowed,
For all is crafted by the divine,
And if there is any place devoid of the divine,
It indicates the divine is absent entirely.
When we synchronize our breathing with the divine,
When we become mindful of our breath,
We move closer to truth,
To illumination,
To affection.
A state of silence and tranquility that we can attain in the depths of our consciousness.
God is,
When all thoughts disappear,
A gap arises between them.
This is God.
If there are thoughts about God,
It means that there is no God.
These are our thoughts about him,
But this is not God.
Let us immerse ourselves in this silence,
In this luminous image of God that resides in our hearts.
When we inhale,
We inhale the presence of God.
When we exhale,
We release all the unnecessary,
All our perceptions and expectations.
Truth can only be expressed in silence.
Words are just obstacles to understanding.
Together,
Let's open the door to God in our inner temple.
In this moment,
Allow your consciousness to immerse itself in silence,
In light,
In love.
Everything is sacred,
For everything is created by God,
And if there is any place where there is no God,
It means that God is not there at all.
Observe how long you can maintain your attention on the point beneath your nostrils,
Without being distracted by thoughts.
Rest in silence.
Words are just obstacles to understanding.
Together,
Let's open the door to God in our inner temple.
In this moment,
Allow your consciousness to immerse itself in silence,
In light,
In love.
Everything is sacred,
For everything is created by God,
And if there is any place where there is no God,
It means that God is not there at all.
When we breathe together with God,
When we become aware of our breath,
We draw closer to truth,
To light,
To love.
Now,
In this moment,
Let's simply be present.
Just be.
Just breathe.
Now,
In this instant,
Let's simply exist.
Just be.
Just breathe.
Permit yourself to sense this connection with the divine,
With the moment,
With your essence.
People often fail to perceive the divine.
They see an image presented by the mind,
A depiction,
A projection of our consciousness onto the divine,
A projection that is,
In turn,
Shaped by human karma.
Karma is the past,
The future is an extension of the past.
As the saying goes,
Despite changes,
Things remain constant because human consciousness and karma remain unaltered.
This is the purpose of yoga,
A profound discipline that primarily addresses the transformation of human karma.
Liberation from karmic ties hinges on grasping karma and recognizing its sway over our existence.
Karma embodies the principles of cause and effect that govern our deeds,
Thoughts,
And fate.
Grasping this pattern aids us in breaking free from karmic ties and liberating ourselves from their grip.
When we comprehend that each action bears consequences,
We take greater responsibility for our lives and decisions,
Paving the path to freedom.
Yoga instructs us to alter our karma through dedicated practice,
Attentiveness,
And spiritual growth.
By attaining a profound understanding of our essence and acknowledging our actions,
We can redirect the flow of karma and attain inner liberation.
Karma is not merely a predestined trajectory,
It is an avenue for development and change.
When we embrace karma as our mentor and navigator,
We set forth on a journey of release from constraints and intricacies,
Approaching each moment with discernment and insight.
Release from karmic bonds depends on understanding karma and realizing its influence on our lives.
Karma represents the laws of causality that determine our actions,
Thoughts,
And destiny.
As they say,
The more things change,
The more they remain the same,
Because people's consciousness does not change,
Karma does not change.
This is why yoga exists,
A gigantic science that deals primarily with changing human karma.
Release from karmic bonds depends on understanding karma and realizing its influence on our lives.
Karma represents the laws of causality that determine our actions,
Thoughts,
And destiny.
Nisargadatta Maharaj said,
Truth can only be expressed in silence.
Words are just obstacles to understanding.
