In this audio meditation,

We will be using the ancient technique of Anapanasati,

Mindful breathing meditation,

To delve into the depths of our consciousness,

Gaining understanding and insight.

Before we begin,

Find a comfortable,

Quiet place,

Where you can sit on any surface,

Preferably semi-hard or hard,

It could be a chair,

Or you can sit in a half-lotus or lotus position.

Allow yourself to set aside all worries and thoughts for this moment,

And immerse yourself in the world of your inner peace.

Take a deep breath through your nose,

Filling your body with fresh air.

Feel the air filling your abdomen,

Expanding it.

Now slowly exhale through your mouth,

Releasing all tension and stress.

Allow yourself to fully relax.

Settle down.

Try to breathe slowly,

Calmly.

Now that you have established contact with your breath,

Let's dive into the practice of mindful breathing,

Anapanasati,

By deepening your attention to each inhale and exhale.

Observe your inhale.

Now your exhale.

Allow yourself to fully relax.

Calm down.

Try to breathe slowly,

Gently,

Calmly.

Throughout the entire meditation,

Keep your back straight,

Stay with your breath,

And try to maintain maximum stillness.

Individuals are reflections of our consciousness.

We interact with our perceptions of them.

This is a deception.

We become attached to the persona we've constructed in our minds.

We sketch a portrait and then either become frightened by it or grow fond of it.

People don't love the actual individual,

But rather the image they've fashioned in their minds.

When someone acts contrary to this mental construct,

When they behave unexpectedly,

That's when disillusionment and self-reproach arise.

Society's impact on us is often perceived as a constraint,

Enforcing social norms and expectations.

Yet,

Even amid societal pressures,

Internal liberation is attainable.

We can break free from the trajectories dictated by the external environment and discover autonomy within.

This demands recognition that our responses to our surroundings are always under our control,

Even when the situations themselves are not.

Social conventions and expectations can bind us to perceptions of others,

To the past,

To the future.

But the reality is that genuine growth in consciousness starts with self-recognition in the now.

By immersing in the current moment,

We detach from the past and future,

Liberating ourselves from deceptions and maya.

In this mindset,

We can sense the interval between thoughts,

Where truth reveals itself beyond the mind's reach.

Being conscious of every moment,

Encompassing all facets of our consciousness,

Is the key to breaking free from deceptions and maya,

To achieving true internal liberty.

In this existence,

There's an illusion maya,

When we bind ourselves to perceptions of others,

To the past,

To the future.

But yoga instructs,

Recall who you are,

Not as your ego,

But as your consciousness.

Authentic growth in consciousness begins with self-recognition,

Encompassing all aspects of our consciousness,

Imposing social norms and expectations.

However,

Even in conditions of social limitations,

Inner freedom is still possible.

We can free ourselves from the paths imposed on us by the external world and find freedom within ourselves.

This requires an awareness that our reactions to the circumstances surrounding us are always within our control,

Even if we cannot change these circumstances themselves.

Social norms and expectations can create illusions and attach us to images of other people,

To the past,

To the future.

However,

The truth is that real consciousness development begins with self-awareness in the present moment.

When we immerse ourselves in the moment of the present,

We stop clinging to the past and the future,

We free ourselves from illusions and maya.

In this state,

We can feel the space between thoughts,

Where the truth unfolds,

Inaccessible to the mind.

Self-awareness in each specific moment in time,

Including all aspects of our consciousness,

Is the key to liberation from illusions and maya through inner freedom.

Clinging to projections,

To mirages,

To deceptions,

Is a wellspring of disappointment and distress.

Yet,

When one lives in actuality,

When one is mindful of their presence in every distinct moment,

There's no room for attachments,

Illusions and maya.

When projections align,

Two individuals come together temporarily,

And then,

As truths are unveiled,

They part ways.

One lives in a narrative and becomes attached to its characters.

We project onto others and cling to these images,

All stemming from the past,

Leading to repetitive patterns.

The root of attachment is the projection of oneself onto an object.

The object then becomes an extension of oneself.

But in truth,

No one is owned by anyone.

Everything is God's.

In this world,

There is an illusion maya,

When we attach ourselves to the images of other people,

To the past,

To the future.

But yoga says,

Remember yourself,

Not as your ego,

But as your consciousness.

Real consciousness development begins with self-awareness,

Including all aspects of our consciousness.

Attachment to projections,

To mirages,

To illusions,

Is a source of disappointment and suffering.

But when a person lives in reality,

When he is aware of himself in every specific moment in time,

Then there's no place for attachments,

Illusions and maya.

When projections coincide,

Then two people converge for a while,

And then,

When everything is revealed,

They diverge.

A person lives in a movie and attaches to the characters.

A person projects onto people and attaches to images.

And all this comes from the past.

So children step on the same rakes.

The reason for attachment is the projection of oneself onto the object.

The object thus becomes a part of me.

But no one belongs to anyone.

Everything belongs to God.

The reason for attachment is the projection of oneself onto the object.

The object thus becomes a part of me.

But no one belongs to anyone.

Everything belongs to God.

Let's immerse in the present moment,

Devoid of past and future,

Where we can experience the gap between thoughts,

Where the divine unfolds in our consciousness.

Now,

In this instant,

Let's concentrate on our breathing.

With each breath in and out,

We can sense the now,

We can delve into a state of pure consciousness where truth eludes thought and is only grasped by those dwelling in this state.

Recall your breathing.

Recall who you are.

Remember your breath.

Remember yourself.

Feel how the air enters through your nostrils and fills your body with fresh energy.

Truly feel how the breath passes through your nostrils.

Which nostril does the air pass through?

The right one?

Breathe in sync with this moment,

With this actuality,

With this awareness.

Allow your consciousness the chance to unfold and flourish in this space.

Living in actuality is essential.

Being self-aware is crucial bhakti.

Yoga proclaims,

Recall who you are,

Not as your ego,

But as your consciousness.

Aham brahmasmi.

I am the spiritual essence.

I am the absolute.

I am Brahman.

The true path to consciousness development is to be mindful of oneself,

Including the ego and all other components of consciousness.

To be conscious of oneself at every moment.

Consciousness is the foundation of our present and everything at large.

The real way to develop consciousness is to be aware of oneself,

Including ego and all other elements of consciousness.

To be aware of oneself at every moment in time.

Consciousness is the cause of our present and everything in general.

Such a state occurs when all thoughts are turned off and consciousness has no other way out than to concentrate on itself.

Remember yourself.

Sivavakya Siddha Baba said,

I am and God is the intervals between thoughts.

Nisargadatta Maharaj said,

Truth cannot be captured by thoughts,

It can only be understood by those who abide in a state of pure awareness.

Continue to observe your breath until the end of the audio session.

Only then will you develop true tranquility and inner peace.
