Greetings kind soul,

Welcome to the mindful breathing meditation,

Where we will immerse ourselves in the moment of presence and awareness,

Delving into the depths of our existence.

Find a serene place where you can feel the support of the earth and the freedom of the air.

Close your eyes and allow your attention to shift your breath to the center of your being.

Feel how the inhale naturally enters through your nostrils.

Inhale,

Inhale,

Inhale.

Feel how the exhale naturally exits through your nostrils.

Exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale.

Observe the inhales,

Observe the exhales.

Throughout this audio meditation,

Try to remember your breath.

As you inhale,

Be aware,

Inhaling.

As you exhale,

Be aware,

Exhaling.

Continue to track your breath throughout the session.

Now consider that the past is merely a reflection of the future.

Our consciousness is a collection of past karma.

We start with the realization that the past and future,

While significant,

Should not dominate our present awareness.

Let go of bygone thoughts and future anxieties.

Focus solely on the present moment,

Where karma is actively shaped.

Karma,

Which molds our life experiences,

Plays a pivotal role in how we perceive freedom and constraints.

If one is preoccupied with the past or future,

They are not truly living,

But rather self-destructing.

It is in the present moment,

Nestled between what has been and what will be,

That karma is forged.

Right at this instant,

Right at this instant.

Karma is a fundamental element of our being.

Each individual's actions influence their fate and the world around them.

Karma sculpts our existence and dictates the situations we face.

It's crucial to acknowledge that our deeds and thoughts have repercussions on our future and the world we inhabit.

The liberty to choose is intimately connected to our grasp of karma.

Even though our karma is formed by our actions and thoughts,

We retain the power to decide how this karma will serve our spiritual growth.

We can regard karma as a guide,

Aiding us in self-discovery and improvement.

At times,

It may appear that our choices are confined by societal norms and expectations.

However,

Even within these bounds,

We hold the power to choose,

To either conform to these norms or to forge our own path.

Comprehending our karma and the freedom to choose empowers us to make decisions that resonate with our principles and authentic journey.

True freedom is freedom from the past and freedom from the future.

Freedom is living in the present.

Let these words penetrate you,

Give yourself permission to stay here and now,

Live in each specific moment.

Our breath becomes our compass in this sea of life,

Breathe in rhythm with the present moment,

Each inhale and each exhale reminding us of the power of the present.

Freedom is liberation from the past and the future.

Freedom is being fully present.

Let these concepts resonate within you,

Grant yourself the space to exist in the here and now,

Experience each distinct moment.

Our breath becomes our guide through life's voyage,

Breathe in harmony with the present,

Each breath in and out reinforcing the significance of now.

If an individual fails to recognize themselves in the present moment,

In the current second,

Not acknowledging their existence as I am here now,

It indicates a lack of vairagya.

Those not recognizing themselves in this specific moment,

In this specific second,

Not realizing themselves as here I am now,

Here I am,

It means they lack this vairagya.

He who has attained the highest perfection is not attached to objects of senses and passing pleasures,

He possesses inner peace and joy.

Let these words live in you,

Permeating every cell of your being.

The one who has reached the pinnacle of perfection is not bound by sensory objects and fleeting joys,

They have found inner tranquility and happiness.

Let these words take root within you,

Infusing every part of your being.

Attachment is an effort to alter another's karma,

Which is an impossibility.

The aim of attachment is to assimilate something into oneself,

To merge with it,

As if to consume and integrate something akin to oneself.

It signifies a desire to transform the object or person,

To match our own perceptions,

To reshape it,

But this is unattainable.

No one can change another's karma but the individual to whom it belongs.

Ultimately this leads to disillusionment,

Illness.

Individuals cross paths to dismantle each other's negative karma,

Which is often resolved within the realm of relationships.

The root of disillusionment is attachment.

It's an attempt to consume something and assimilate it into oneself.

And what drives a person to do this?

Ahamkara,

The ego.

This is the greatest aspiration of a partner,

To consume and assimilate the other.

In essence,

People metaphorically consume one another.

Grant yourself liberation from attachments and expectations,

Open your heart to love and kindness.

In the present we can discover true contentment.

The past is a projection of the future.

Consciousness is an accumulation of past karma.

We begin with the understanding that the past and the future,

While important,

Should not seize our present consciousness,

Here and now.

Release past thoughts,

Future worries.

Leave only the present moment,

Where karma is created.

Karma,

Shaping our experience in life,

Plays a crucial role in our views of freedom and limitations.

If one dwells in the past or the future,

They are not living,

But destroying themselves.

If one dwells in the past or the future,

They are not living,

But destroying themselves.

Only in the moment,

Which occurs between the past and the future,

That is,

In the moment of the present,

Karma is created,

In this very moment.

Karma is an essential aspect of our existence.

The actions of every person influence their destiny and the surrounding world.

Karma shapes our lives and determines the events we encounter.

It is important to realize that our actions and thoughts affect our future and the environment around us.

Freedom of choice is closely linked to understanding karma.

Although our karma is shaped by our actions and thoughts,

We always have the opportunity to choose how to use this karma for our spiritual development.

Attachment is an attempt to change the karma of another person,

Which is impossible.

Therefore,

The purpose of attachment is to turn something into oneself,

To dissolve in oneself,

As if to eat and digest something similar to oneself.

It means that we want to turn this object or subject into something that corresponds to our idea of it,

Want to remake it.

But this is impossible.

No one can change anyone's karma,

Except the owner of this karma themselves.

If a person does not recognize themselves in this specific moment,

In this specific second,

Not realizing themselves as here I am now,

Here I am,

It means they lack vairagya.

Disappointment sets in.

Disease.

People meet each other to destroy each other.

Negative karma in most cases is destroyed in the sphere of relationships.

The basis of disappointment is attachment.

It is an attempt to eat something and digest it,

Turn it into oneself.

And who makes a person do this?

Ahamkara.

Ego.

This is the biggest desire of a partner,

To eat and digest.

In other words,

People eat each other.

Allow yourself to be free from attachments and expectations.

Open your heart to love and compassion.

In this moment,

We can find true bliss.

Ramacharaka said,

He who has attained the highest perfection is not attached to objects of senses and passing pleasures.

He possesses inner peace and joy.

Continue to observe your breath until the end of the audio session.

Only then will you develop true tranquility and inner peace.
