Welcome to the meditation on mindful breathing.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable place,

Preferably where you can feel the pressure of your buttocks against the surface.

This could be on the floor or on a chair.

Throughout the practice,

Keep your spine straight,

With your hands resting gently on your thighs.

Take a moment to close your eyes and let's embark on our inner journey.

Breath is the key to presence in the moment.

Feel the air entering through your nostrils,

Filling your body with fresh energy.

Each inhale is an opportunity to breathe in new life,

And each exhale is a chance to release old burdens and negative thoughts.

Focus all your attention on the area beneath your nostrils.

Breathe slowly,

Consciously feeling each inhale and exhale.

Focus all your attention on the area beneath your nostrils.

Breathe slowly,

Consciously feeling each inhale and exhale.

Notice how you breathe.

Is it fast or slow?

Allow your breath to be your guiding light,

Your foundation,

Leading you to inner harmony and peace.

Let your breath flow naturally.

During meditation,

Let's reflect on important truths.

Imagine an artist who spends a lifetime creating beautiful canvases,

Each a snapshot of their experiences,

Emotions and dreams.

The artist becomes deeply attached to these creations,

As they are reflections of their inner world,

Painted with care and devotion.

Among these are paintings that evoke fear,

Perhaps depicting scenes of turmoil or loss,

And the artist finds themselves affected by these images,

Feeling the fear they've brought to life on canvas.

Yet,

This attachment to the paintings,

Whether they bring joy or fear,

Is ultimately a clinging to the ephemeral.

These pictures of the mind,

No matter how vivid or meaningful,

Cannot be carried with us after death.

They are but temporary companions on our journey,

And holding onto them tightly serves no purpose when we face the ultimate transition.

Just as the artist must let go of the canvas when it is complete,

We too must learn to release our grip on the material manifestations of our lives,

Recognizing that they are not ours to keep forever.

This serves as a reminder of the transient nature of the material realm.

The issue isn't the ego itself,

As it is an aspect of the divine.

The concern is that,

For many,

The ego is all that occupies their thoughts.

Yoga represents a divine invitation.

Genuine faith occurs when,

In the midst of meditation,

The divine enters an individual's consciousness.

The state is known as dhyana.

It is the point at which the entire world fades away,

Leaving only the divine presence.

The aim of rajadhyana yoga is to maintain a meditative state continuously,

Ensuring our consciousness is perpetually suffused with the divine.

In place of illusions and dreams,

True knowledge emerges.

Knowledge is synonymous with the divine.

Don't think that you can enjoy the material world now and turn to God later.

All the pleasures that the sensory world brings cannot give us true satisfaction.

We can eat a piece of sweet rice pudding and feel satisfied for a while,

But soon we will want even more.

Don't postpone the search for God,

Thinking that you should first enjoy worldly pleasures.

We can never satisfy all our senses.

Desires don't just disappear.

A truly happy person is one who has freed himself from all desires.

Perform your duties with wisdom,

Devotion to God.

Then you can overcome even death,

And bliss will be with you forever.

Please bring back your attention to the breath and explore how are you breathing right now.

The heart of God.

However,

Besides the ego,

There is nothing in people's minds.

Yoga is a call from God.

True faith is the moment when,

During meditation,

God enters a person's consciousness.

Dhyana yoga.

And this is the moment when the whole world dissolves,

Leaving only the presence of God.

The goal of rajadhyana yoga is to be in a state of meditation constantly,

So that our consciousness is always filled with God.

Instead of illusions,

Dreams,

Knowledge arises.

Knowledge is God.

One way of vairagya is the ability to dissolve into the past.

Problems arise when we become attached to objects,

Seeing them as a part of ourselves.

A person cannot return to the past.

If a person clings to the past,

Then he obviously clings to memory,

Interpretation,

And projection.

People's problems arise when they begin to attach to maya,

When a person begins to view the object of attachment as a part of himself.

One expression of vairagya is the capacity to let the past dissolve.

Issues surface when we fixate on objects,

Perceiving them as extensions of ourselves.

One cannot revisit the past.

If someone holds onto the past,

They are essentially clinging to memories,

Interpretations,

And projections.

People encounter problems when they begin to fixate on maya,

When they start to see the object of their fixation as an extension of themselves.

Do not assume that you can indulge in the material world now and turn to the divine later.

The fleeting pleasures provided by the sensory world cannot grant us lasting fulfillment.

We might relish a serving of sweet rice pudding and feel content momentarily,

But soon we'll crave more.

Do not delay the quest for the divine,

Thinking you should first savor earthly delights.

Our senses can never be fully satiated.

Desires do not simply vanish.

A truly content person is one who has liberated themselves from all desires.

Execute your responsibilities with insight,

With devotion to the divine.

Then you can transcend even death,

And eternal bliss will accompany you forever.

Focus all your attention on the area beneath your nostrils,

Breathe slowly,

Consciously feeling each inhale and exhale.

As Ramacharaka said,

True knowledge and enlightenment free us from suffering.

Let these words fill your consciousness.

Allow your breath to lead you to inner peace and harmony.

Continue to observe your breath until the end of the audio session.

Notice how you breathe.

Is it fast or slow?

Allow your breath to be your guiding light,

Your foundation,

Leading you to inner harmony and peace.

Let your breath flow naturally.

Focus all your attention on the area beneath your nostrils,

Breathe slowly,

Consciously feeling each inhale and exhale.
