Welcome to the audio meditation on the technique of mindful breathing anapanasati.
Today we will explore the truth of freedom and responsibility in our lives.
Let's begin.
Find a quiet place,
Assume a comfortable posture.
You can sit on any surface,
Preferably semi-hard or hard.
It could be a chair,
Or you can sit in a half lotus or lotus position.
Allow yourself at this moment to set aside all worries and thoughts and immerse yourself in the world of your inner peace.
Close your eyes.
Let's begin our journey into the world of mindful breathing.
Throughout the practice,
Try to sit with a straight back and remain as still as possible.
Indirect all your attention to your nostrils and try to perceive your breath,
How it enters,
How it exits.
Here comes the inhale,
We acknowledge it ourselves,
Inhales,
Inhales,
Inhales.
Here comes the exhale,
We acknowledge it ourselves,
Exhales,
Exhales,
Exhales.
In this way,
The mind becomes more focused,
And the knowledge gained in these sessions is assimilated with a deeper understanding and remembered for a much longer period.
Breathe deeply and evenly.
Allow your breath to guide you to inner peace.
Here comes the inhale,
We acknowledge it ourselves,
Inhales,
Inhales,
Inhales.
Here comes the exhale,
We acknowledge it ourselves,
Exhales,
Exhales,
Exhales.
In this way,
The mind becomes more focused.
So what distinguishes false responsibility from true responsibility?
False responsibility occurs when we place the onus for our lives onto others,
When we avoid owning up to our actions and choices.
If we habitually hold others accountable for our setbacks and issues,
We become reliant on them.
We strip ourselves of autonomy and the chance to transform our existence.
Genuine autonomy emerges when we assume responsibility for our lives.
We acknowledge that we are the architects of our reality.
We are the primary architects of our triumphs and downfalls.
True responsibility is recognizing our duty to ourselves and to the world.
We take control of our fate.
We liberate ourselves from dependencies and become receptive to transformation.
When I am accountable for my life,
I am the root of all triumphs and failures.
This stance embodies freedom and detachment.
It is this realization that fosters detachment and simultaneously empowers an individual to alter their life,
A mirror of their consciousness.
Authentic faith is not merely verbal,
It is a lifestyle.
We have confidence in our journey and understand that everything occurring in our life holds significance and value.
Imagine your life as an expansive,
Boundless sky,
With your belongings akin to birds alighting on your shoulders.
One day,
You choose to let them soar into the blue expanse above.
You watch as they scatter,
Becoming specks against the clouds.
Wait patiently.
Over time,
Some may return,
Alighting upon you once more.
These are the things that truly belong to you,
The ones that,
Even when given freedom,
Choose to return.
The birds that fly off into the horizon were never yours to keep.
Wish them well and let your heart be light,
For what is meant for you will always find its way back.
What a person clings to becomes their greatest hindrance in life,
All that is precious and valuable to someone to which they are attached will eventually be lost,
For this attachment acts as a blockade between the individual and God,
Because this attachment becomes a barrier between him and God.
Imposing a state of eragia,
Detachment,
On someone who does not come to this realization on their own is futile.
This understanding must come willingly.
It also illustrates that everything in this world is transient,
The sole permanence in this life is God,
We must learn to release the past,
It has occurred and is gone,
The same river cannot be entered twice,
We should part with the past effortlessly and not fixate on what is to come.
Forcibly instilling a state of eragia,
Non-attachment to a person if he does not realize it himself is impossible,
This requires understanding voluntarily,
It also shows that everything in this world is relative,
The only constant in this life is God.

As stated in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras,
When the mind stops identifying with the subtle senses then even the highest intellect becomes useless.
Allow your breath to remind you of your freedom and responsibility,
Allow yourself to be here and now,
Fully accepting yourself and your life.
Continue to observe your breath until the end of the audio session,
Only then will you develop true tranquility and inner peace.
Direct all your attention to your nostrils and try to perceive your breath,
How it enters,
How it exits.
Here comes the inhale,
We acknowledge it ourselves,
Inhales,
Inhales,
Inhales.
Here comes the exhale,
We acknowledge it ourselves,
Exhales,
Exhales,
Exhales.
