Begin by finding a quiet and comfortable space to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes gently and take a few deep breaths,

Allowing yourself to relax and let go of any tension in your body.

Start by becoming aware of your body.

Feel the sensation of your breath as you inhale and exhale.

Notice the rise and fall of your chest and the natural rhythm of your breathing.

Allow your mind to settle into this moment,

Letting go of any thoughts or distractions.

As you breathe in,

Silently acknowledge,

I am aware that I am breathing in.

As you breathe out,

Silently acknowledge,

I am aware that I am breathing out.

Visualize the concept of impermanence.

Imagine yourself at the end of your life,

Looking back on the experiences you've had.

Reflect on the inevitability of death,

The one certainty in life.

Contemplate that just as countless beings have come before you and many will come after,

Your life too has a natural end.
