Welcome, Noble Soul. In this short 23‑minute guided meditation, you’ll be gently guided to settle into a comfortable posture—lying down or sitting—and bring your awareness to the natural rhythm of your breath. There’s no need to change it; simply observe each inhale and exhale as a steady anchor to the present moment. As you breathe, allow calm and peace to fill your body with each inhale, and release tension, worry, or heaviness with each exhale.
