Welcome to this guided meditation.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes gently,

And let's begin.

Listen while the ultimate mystical teaching is imparted.

In this practice,

We will explore a secret method,

A way to receive teachings beyond words.

Imagine yourself in a serene and quiet space.

Feel it as a tranquil sanctuary for your mind.

Now,

Let's focus on your breath.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

Feel the natural rhythm of your breath,

Like the ebb and flow of the ocean.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

Feel the natural rhythm of your breath,

Like the ebb and flow of the ocean.

As we delve into this technique,

Remember that the most profound teachings are often communicated in silence,

Beyond the limitations of language.

Listen while the ultimate mystical teaching is imparted.

This is a secret method.

In this esoteric tantra,

The master gives you the teaching secretly,

The doctrine secretly,

Or the mantra secretly.

When the disciple is ready,

Then the mantra,

Or the supreme secret,

Will be imparted,

Communicated,

To him,

Privately.

Imagine being in the presence of a wise and compassionate teacher,

Someone who holds the key to deep wisdom.

You've been waiting patiently for this moment,

And now it has arrived.

Listen while the ultimate mystical teaching is imparted.

When the master has decided that now you are ready,

And the secret of his own experience can be communicated,

When the moment has come,

When he can say to you that which is unsayable,

Then this technique has to be used.

Imagine yourself as the eager disciple,

Receptive and open to receiving this ancient wisdom.

Eyes still without winking,

At once become absolutely free.

When the master is about to impart the secret teaching,

Your eyes remain completely still.

There is no movement of the eyes.

Your mind is quiet,

Serene,

And still.

Picture your mind as a calm and peaceful lake,

Without any ripples,

Reflecting the wisdom of the master.

That means the mind should be quiet,

Thoughtless.

No winking,

Not even a slight movement,

Because that will show a disturbance within.

Just become an empty ear,

With no movement within.

The consciousness is just waiting to be impregnated,

Just open,

Receptive,

Passive.

No activity on its own part.

In this moment you are fully present,

Fully receptive,

And completely free from mental distractions.

And when this will happen,

This moment when you are totally empty,

Not thinking anything but just waiting,

Not waiting for something,

Because then it will become thinking.

Not waiting for something,

But just waiting.

When this static moment,

This non-dynamic moment will happen,

When everything has stopped,

Time is not flowing,

And mind is totally vacant,

It becomes no mind.

You are in a state of pure presence,

Free from the constant chatter of your thoughts.

There is nothing to wait for,

Nothing to anticipate,

Just pure stillness.

Only into a no-mind can a master impart.

And he is not going to give a very long discourse.

He will give just one or two or three words.

In that silence,

Those one,

Two or three words will penetrate to your very core,

To the very center,

And they will become a seed there.

Imagine the master whispering the profound teachings directly into your ear,

Imparting wisdom that transcends words.

In this passive awareness,

In this silence,

At once become absolutely free.

One can become free only by becoming free of the mind.

There is no other freedom.

Freedom from the mind is the only freedom.

Mind is the bondage,

The slavery,

The servitude.

As the teachings are whispered,

Feel a sense of liberation,

A freedom that transcends the limitations of the mind.

Now,

Bring your awareness back to your breath,

Feeling the gentle rise and fall of your chest,

Or the soft rhythm of your breath in your abdomen.

Bring your awareness back to your breath,

Feeling the gentle rise and fall of your chest,

Or the soft rhythm of your breath in your abdomen.

And in this moment,

Extend loving kindness to yourself.

In your heart,

Silently repeat these words,

May I be happy,

May I be healthy,

May I live with ease.

Feel the warmth and compassion in these words,

Directed towards yourself.

May I be happy,

May I be healthy,

May I live with ease.

Now expand this loving kindness to others.

Imagine someone you care about,

Someone you love deeply.

In your heart,

Silently repeat,

May you be happy,

May you be healthy,

May you live with ease.

Feel the love and well wishes flowing from your heart to theirs.

May you be happy,

May you be healthy,

May you live with ease.

Extend this loving kindness even further.

Think of someone you know casually,

An acquaintance or a neighbor.

In your heart,

Repeat,

May you be happy,

May you be healthy,

May you live with ease.

May you be happy,

May you be healthy,

May you live with ease.

Let the ripple of loving kindness embrace them.

Now imagine all beings everywhere,

Without exception.

In your heart,

Repeat,

May all beings be happy,

May all beings be healthy,

May all beings live with ease.

May all beings be happy,

May all beings be healthy,

May all beings live with ease.

Feel your loving kindness spreading out,

Encompassing the entire world.

Take a deep breath in,

Exhale slowly,

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Carrying this sense of peace,

Wisdom and loving kindness with you as you continue your day.
