This is No. 27 of 112 Guided Audio Meditations from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra by Shiva. This dynamic meditation uses free movement and physical exhaustion as a doorway to wholeness. By moving beyond the mind’s limits and allowing the body to exhaust itself completely, separation dissolves. In the moment of surrender — when movement stops, and the body drops — awareness experiences unity, stillness, and deep presence. The practice concludes with loving-kindness, grounding this realization in compassion and connection. Created by Denis Nikulin. Voice: Ishta Devata. Welcome to this meditation practice of self-exhaustion and the realization of wholeness.

Today we will explore the technique of pushing your physical and mental limits through movement,

Leading to a profound sense of unity and wholeness.

Find a quiet and safe space for this meditation,

Where you can move freely without any obstacles.

Stand up with your feet shoulder-width apart,

And let's begin.

Start by taking a few deep breaths to center yourself in the present moment.

Feel the sensation of your breath moving in and out of your body.

Now,

Begin to move around the room.

You can walk,

Dance,

Jump,

Or simply roam about as you wish.

There are no rules,

And you should let go of any preconceived notions about how you should move.

As you move,

Let go of any mental limitations or self-judgment.

Allow yourself to be fully engaged in the act of movement.

Keep pushing your physical limits.

Even when you feel tired or think you can't continue,

The mind may protest,

But keep moving.

Feel your body becoming more and more exhausted with each passing moment.

Keep going until you reach a point where you feel you can't take another step.

Keep going until you reach a point where you feel you can't take another step.

Okay,

God created this world.

Who created God?

This is the question.

I will answer this question.

First,

You should tell me which is the beginning point of a tennis ball.

Feel your body becoming more and more exhausted with each passing moment.

Keep going until you reach a point where you feel you can't take another step.

It often underestimates your true capacity.

Keep going until you reach a point where you feel you can't take another step completely.

Trust your body and the wisdom within it.

In a moment of complete surrender,

Allow yourself to drop to the ground.

Don't plan the fall.

Let it happen naturally.

Drop as a whole,

As if the entire body is one unit and it's dropping itself.

As you fall,

Experience this moment with full awareness.

You are not divided into parts,

The dropper and the dropped.

You are a unified whole,

Surrendering to gravity and the earth.

In this moment of dropping,

Be whole.

Feel the oneness within you.

There are no divisions,

No separations.

It's just you,

The ground and the experience of being fully present in your body.

You are not divided into parts,

The dropper and the dropped.

You are a unified whole,

Surrendering to gravity and the earth.

In this moment of dropping,

Be whole.

Feel the oneness within you.

There are no divisions,

No separations.

It's just you,

The ground and the experience of being fully present in your body.

Now,

As you rest on the ground,

Take a moment to bask in this feeling of wholeness.

You've transcended the limitations of the mind and experienced the unity of your being.

Feel the profound sense of peace and completeness that arises from this moment of surrender.

You are not fragmented.

You are whole.

As you lie on the ground,

Let go of any residual tension or stress.

Allow your body and mind to relax fully into this state of unity.

You are part of something much larger,

A vast interconnected universe.

Now,

As we conclude this transformative meditation,

Let's take a moment to extend loving kindness,

Not only to ourselves,

But to all beings in the universe.

Bring your hands to your heart center and in your mind,

Repeat these words with sincerity.

May I be happy.

May I be healthy.

May I be safe.

May I live with ease and peace.

May I be healthy.

May I be safe.

May I live with ease and peace.

Feel the warmth of these words permeating your entire being,

Filling you with love and compassion.

Now expand this loving kindness beyond yourself.

May all beings be happy.

May all beings be healthy.

May all beings be safe.

May all beings live with ease and peace.

Feel this boundless love radiating from your heart,

Touching the hearts of all living creatures,

Spreading harmony and fostering unity throughout the world.

May all beings be happy.

May all beings be healthy.

May all beings be safe.

May all beings live with ease and peace.

Slowly and gently rise from the ground.

Bring your awareness back to your breath and the sensation of your body standing.

Take a moment to express gratitude for this practice,

For the opportunity to push your limits,

Experience wholeness and connect with your true self.

Carry this sense of unity and wholeness with you as you continue your day,

Knowing that you can return to this practice whenever you need to reconnect with your true essence.

Take a deep breath,

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Carrying this loving kindness with you throughout your day.
