We've all had moments where life knocks us off-center.

If you are listening to this meditation,

Perhaps you are ready to begin navigating through to the other side.

Rebounding into resilience starts with breathing into resilience and releasing regret.

In just a moment,

We are going to practice this type of breathing in order to help you find your center of calm and release any second-guessing about your inner strength and fortitude.

Before we begin,

I would like to remind you of your innate bravery and courage as evidenced by the fact that you are here now listening to this meditation.

So first,

I would like to invite you to gently notice the breath as you naturally inhale and exhale.

Let's go ahead and place our conscious awareness on the rhythm of our breathing.

Even if it feels unsteady or tense,

Let's just notice it anyway.

Helping ourselves to ground,

Relax,

And let go.

And when you feel ready,

Gently pairing the in-breath with an intention to embody resilience.

Meaning,

Let's now go ahead and breathe in resilience.

Pause at the top.

And now let's exhale regret.

Exhale regret.

All the way out.

Let it out.

There it goes.

Releasing and exhaling regret.

Breathe in resilience.

Pause at the top.

And now let's exhale regret.

Beautiful.

We're going to do two more of these with slightly different word pairings to approach the release process from different angles.

And so when you feel ready,

Gently inhaling sustainability.

Inhaling sustainability all the way up.

And give it a pause at the top.

And let's go ahead and exhale overthinking.

And release.

There it goes.

Letting it melt away.

Releasing overthinking as you exhale.

Inhaling sustainability.

Inhaling sustainability all the way up.

And give it a pause at the top.

And let's go ahead and exhale overthinking.

Wonderful.

We're going to do one more to help us find our center again.

Let's go ahead and inhale vivid peace.

Vivid peace all the way up.

Inhale vivid peace.

Really feel this one.

Inhabit the emotion and the energy.

And pause at the top.

Great.

Let's let it all out.

Release and exhale doubt this time.

We're exhaling doubt.

Release and watch it dissolve.

Inhale vivid peace.

And pause at the top.

Great.

Let's let it all out.

Release and exhale doubt.

I'm going to let the music play as you continue to recenter and reorient to what resilience means for you personally.

Find your personal feeling and definition of resilience.

One that works for you and only you.

Thank you so much for being here.

I'll see you next time.
