This guided meditation was created to help you clear your mind and experience a present moment state of awareness.

By living in the present moment,

Fear,

Worry and anxiety cannot exist because they can only exist when your mind is thinking about your past and your future.

When you live for the present moment,

All of your focus is on what you are doing now.

You will start to have a sense of inner peace and that will start to improve your self-esteem,

Confidence and your relationships will also begin to improve.

Begin this meditation by sitting in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes and relax your body.

Take deep slow breaths in through your nose and exhale through your nose.

Breathe in through your nose and exhale through your nose.

Now bring your attention to your body and feel for any vibrations or sensations running through your hands and feet.

Allow the vibrations to flow through your arms and legs and now the rest of your body.

Continue breathing in a slow and controlled manner and take notice of the sensations you feel in your body.

Breathe in through your nose and exhale through your hands and feet.

Allow the vibrations to flow through your arms and legs and now the rest of your body.

Breathe in through your nose and exhale through your hands and feet.

If you notice any thoughts coming up just allow them to pass by.

Only observe the thoughts and do not place any value or judgment on your thoughts.

Continue feeling the vibrations and sensations flowing throughout your body.

Breathe in through your nose and exhale through your nose.

Breathe in through your nose and exhale through your hands and feet.

Breathe in through your nose and exhale through your hands and feet.

Breathe in through your nose and exhale through your hands and feet.

Just let your thoughts pass by and only observe.

And focus on your breathing and the sensations you feel in your body.

Visualize a bright white light surrounding your entire body.

And as your thoughts begin to come up to your mind,

Imagine your thoughts floating out of your head and into this white light surrounding you.

As your thoughts leave your mind and your head,

They will be dissolved in this white light.

As your thoughts leave your mind and your head,

They will be dissolved in this white light.

As your thoughts leave your mind and your head,

They will be dissolved in this white light.

Continue taking slow,

Deep breaths through your nose.

And exhale through your nose.

Feel the sensations running through your body.

Focus your attention on your body.

And allow any thoughts to leave your mind to be dissolved in the bright light surrounding you.

And allow any thoughts to leave your mind to be dissolved in the bright light surrounding you.

Whenever you feel stress or feeling fearful,

Just remember to focus your attention on your body and your breath.

And observe all fearful thoughts being dissolved in the bright white light surrounding you.

When you are focusing on the present moment and noticing the vibration and sensations flowing throughout your body,

You are also creating a space for your body to heal itself and you can also help to initiate the healing in anybody else close to you at that moment.

And when you are focusing on the present moment and noticing the vibration and sensations flowing throughout your body,

You are also creating a space for your body to heal itself and you can also help to initiate the healing in anybody else close to you at that moment.

Continue with this meditation as long as you would like to.

And whenever you are in a stressful situation,

Remember this exercise.

Open your eyes and enjoy the moment.
