The key to overcoming fear or angst is to create more Coherence in the 2nd neurological center. This meditation provides guidance on a specific breathing pattern and meditation to create more coherence and a parasympathetic tone of peace, comfort, and happiness.

Transcript

Everybody to do here is to get yourself into a nice comfortable position.

If you can only get yourself in a seated position that's totally fine.

I prefer that you actually lay down on your back on your spine during this meditation.

So if you can allow yourself to lie down,

Set the music,

You don't need to see me anymore and allow yourself to lie down completely comfortable on your back.

Allow your arms to fall by your sides and I want your palms to be facing the sky.

Next thing I'm gonna ask you to do is to create sensory deprivation.

I'm gonna invite you to close your eyes and with your eyes closed turn your attention inwards.

I invite you to bring your attention to your breath and with your mouth closed I want you to focus on breathing only through your nose and taking an inhalation to one centimeter below your belly button,

Navel for five seconds.

Let's begin inhale,

That's five,

Pause and exhale.

The exhale should be slightly longer than the inhale.

In a perfect world we exhale for seven,

Inhale for five again,

Slight pause at the top and exhale.

Find your own comfortable breathing rhythm as close to a five second inhalation,

Seven second exhalation.

Continue with your own breathing pattern as you continue to breathe bring the awareness of your mind's eye with your eyes closed to one centimeter below your navel below your belly button.

What I invite you to do is to place your hands one centimeter below your belly button.

Beautiful.

And with every inhalation ensure that your hands slightly rise towards the sky and with every exhalation they slightly fall in towards your body.

Continue to breathe,

Continue to keep your eyes closed,

Continue to keep your mouth closed,

Breathing only through your nose.

This may feel difficult if you've never done it before,

Just do your best.

As you continue to bring awareness to the area below your belly button,

I invite you to consider this area and the three dimensionality of it.

We are three-dimensional beings.

Consider your hands,

They're slightly below your belly button on your skin.

Consider the organs below there with every inhalation expanding.

This is the area of the prostate,

The womb,

Reproductive organs,

Lower gastrointestinal system.

As we move to the sides,

It's also your pelvis,

Your hips,

Your kidneys,

Bladder,

Lower part of your adrenals.

Very important for transcending fear.

Continue to breathe into this area and consider an expansion with every inhalation three dimensionally in front,

Behind,

To the sides,

Above and below.

Every inhalation there's an expansion and with every exhalation there's a very gentle and comfortable squeeze.

Again,

Doing your best to inhale for five seconds,

Slight pause with a slightly longer exhale of seven seconds.

Beautiful.

As you continue to breathe,

Consider this is the area of the autonomic nervous system that is called the superior mesenteric plexus.

Any stress,

Any trauma,

Any challenges,

Any curve balls that have existed from the moment you are conceived lock into the second neurological center,

The superior mesenteric plexus.

The nervous system does not know the difference between past,

Present,

And future.

Any old inputs that have not fully integrated,

This part of your nervous system will continue to hold the biological load of the original experience.

Yet,

Through attention,

Awareness,

Breath,

You begin the process of unwiring and unfiring and untethering these old neurological patterns.

Continue to keep your awareness into this area one centimeter below your navel and all the cells,

Tissues,

Organs,

And organ systems involved.

Continue to breathe,

Continue to expand.

With expansion and squeezing,

We unwire and unfire and more fully process these anchors that biologically hold us back.

These are the anchors that create a dominant,

Sympathetic,

Fight-or-flight tone,

And in this moment we begin to rewrite that.

Allow your toes to slightly turn out and allow your pelvis to slightly open through the front of your body and with your hands there feel your pelvis slightly open.

Beautiful.

Continue to breathe.

Allow your body innately to move,

Shift,

Self-correct as it sees fit.

Continue to breathe through your nose,

Five seconds in,

Seven seconds out,

Keeping your eyes closed,

Keeping your mouth closed,

And bringing your attention and awareness to the second neurological center deep in your pelvis.

With every breath the nervous system moves into a deeper parasympathetic tone.

This is increasing the vagus nerve tone,

The tenth cranial nerve.

This is increasing heart rate variability,

The biggest measure for health,

Well-being,

And quality of life.

The next thing I invite you to do is to bring a smile to your face.

Continue to breathe,

Stay connected,

Hold the awareness of these cells,

Tissues,

Organs,

And systems,

And bring a smile to your face.

And with that smile allow any thoughts and any feelings that your body's infinite intelligence begins to emerge with.

Allow it to emerge.

You are not your thoughts,

You are not your feelings,

You are an infinite intelligent wisdom,

And this is the part you are connected with.

This intelligence,

This wisdom,

It knows no fear.

It only knows peace,

Harmony,

Connection,

And wholeness.

Continue to smile,

And with this breath pattern you're deepening the neurological connection to this inner intelligence that flows through your nervous system.

Whatever emerges is perfect because you are perfect.

All your needs are met.

You see life like the curious child mesmerized by its first-time experiences.

Your life is your playground and your sandbox,

And you're attuning your nervous system to see through the lens of curiosity,

Enthusiasm,

And gratitude.

Continue to breathe,

Continue to connect as your nervous system continues to fire and wire in a more connected,

Harmonious,

And whole way of being.

You are being of beauty and perfection.

You are not your past.

You no longer identify with the fear,

Stress,

And trauma of yesterday.

You have connected with a new identity,

One that is whole,

One that is connected,

One that is infinite.

Continue to breathe,

Continue to connect,

Continue to smile,

And be guided innately to whatever emerges.

It is perfect.

The unified field continues to support you,

Continues to respond to your vibrational frequency of your nervous system and consciousness.

And as you connect deeper,

You increase your vibrational frequency.

You increase your subatomic matrix.

You connect with the parasympathetic tone of possibility,

Love,

And connection.

Whatever holds you back is being transcended.

You are no longer your biology of your past.

Continue to smile,

Continue to breathe,

Continue to connect.

Your natural state is peace,

Harmony,

And harmony.

Your natural state is peace,

Harmony,

Connection,

And vitality.

You are allowing your natural state to more fully emerge.

During this time,

I invite you to come back more fully into your body.

Let's begin by bringing your attention to your toes.

Begin wiggling your toes.

Contracting,

Squeezing your feet.

Rotating your ankles,

Allowing the blood to reflow back into your lower legs and feet.

Begin moving your legs side to side,

Up and down.

Begin rotating your pelvis,

Rocking up and down,

Side to side.

Invite you to bring the soles of your feet together and allow your knees to drop to either side,

Fully opening your thighs and your pelvis.

While you continue to shift your pelvis side to side,

Bring your awareness to your torso,

Your chest,

And your shoulders.

Again,

Shrug your shoulders up,

Back,

And forward.

Begin rotating your shoulders forwards and rotating your shoulders backwards.

Begin moving your fingers,

Expanding,

Contracting them,

Rotating your wrists,

Your hands,

Your upper arms.

Bring your awareness to your neck.

Begin nodding your head,

Front to back,

Side to side.

And bring your fingers up into your face and begin massaging your jawline,

Space between your lips and nose,

Your cheeks,

Temples,

And your forehead.

Take your hands to your scalp.

Begin massaging the back of your head,

The top of your head.

Beautiful.

When you're ready,

Come back into the space in which you reside.

Come back into your room.

And just notice,

Notice what is different.

Be the observer of your being.

The finite mind wants to default to judgment.

I feel good,

I feel bad.

Your infinite self is the observer of your world and the world out there.

Notice what's different.

What feels different.

Observe where you are within your body.

Absolutely Perfect and Divine. I give this Coherence Transcendence Meditation a 10! This is one of my favorite tracks on IT.
