Welcome.

My name is Dr.

Suki and this meditation is designed to cultivate more self-love and more self-acceptance.

My meditations focus specifically on the nervous system and in this self-love meditation we will focus on the heart plexus cultivating more self-love and more self-acceptance.

This is the area that's the center of your chest beneath your breastbone.

Please get yourself in a nice comfortable position either seated or lying down on your spine.

Bring your head to a neutral position slightly tucking in your chin.

Closing your eyes and bring your awareness to the center of your chest.

The area just below your sternum,

Breastbone.

The heart plexus is a volume going right back to your spine,

The thoracic 6 vertebrae.

Bring your awareness to your breath and begin taking gentle long slow inhalations for several seconds and pausing.

Let that go.

I want you to find your own comfortable breathing rhythm bringing your breath into your heart plexus,

The center of your chest.

With every inhalation your chest rises towards your chin.

With every exhalation it collapses and relaxes deeper into your body.

As you continue to find your own breathing rhythm and pattern I invite you to bring a smile to your face.

Where attention goes energy flows.

Bring your awareness to your heart center,

The area responsible for self love,

Self acceptance.

We will begin to develop neurological coherence in your heart plexus.

Allowing the neurological firing and waves to be of equal amplitude and wavelength.

Allow your shoulders to draw back,

Facing your palms to the sky,

Accessing the unified field where all possibilities of love and acceptance exist for you.

Continue to breathe anytime your mind wanders.

Remind yourself the mind must focus on something.

We bring the focus back to the breath and expansion of the heart plexus.

The journey of self love and self acceptance begins with connection to your mind body temple.

As we refer to the eye within,

The omnipotent,

Omnipresent life force and intelligence that flows through our nervous system.

That is the eye that I love and I fully accept.

Love is a universal solvent.

I am love.

Continuing to breathe and feeling the consciousness of love.

I am loving compassion.

I am open.

I am kindness.

I am fully accepting of everything I have done and have not done.

I love myself unconditionally.

I am a being of beauty and perfection.

I am whole.

I am one.

I am connected.

I am the omnipotent universal solvent of love.

I have transformed my perceptual lens to only see love and the goodness of life.

I am healed.

I am whole.

I am one.

I am connecting my humanity with my divinity from the inside out and sending this consciousness to all the people,

Places,

And things in the world.

My natural state is love and acceptance.

I have ease,

Grace,

And flow from within.

Continuing to breathe with a smile on your face.

My mind,

Body,

And temple is relaxed.

I am grateful to connect with my divinity from within.

I am a being of beauty and perfection.

I am the conscious creator and I choose love.

I am a divine being,

Expanding love through every atom,

Cell,

Tissue,

And organ in my mind,

Body,

And temple.

I am personal power.

My heart center is a source of my power and loving consciousness.

I am present to all the possibilities to love myself more and more.

I am fully accepting of everything I have said and not said.

The universe is perfect.

I am one.

I am whole.

I am an abundant being of love.

I am looking at life with my heart.

I am cultivating neural coherence in my heart plexus.

I am connected to my soulful self.

As you continue to breathe,

Wherever energy goes,

We expand.

Where attention goes,

Coherence flows.

I am being love.

I am a miracle of joy and connection.

I am loving presence and I accept all of my disowned parts.

I am healing from the inside out.

All my atoms,

Cells,

Tissues,

And organs are harmonizing to the universal consciousness of love.

I am receiving all that the unified field brings me in the shape of people,

Conversations,

Dynamics,

And feelings.

I am calibrated to the energy of love.

I see goodness in all that life has to offer.

I am responsible for all that is.

As you continue to breathe with your own gentle rhythm,

Continue to bring that smile to your face,

Smiling at your inner life force,

Soulful self.

Everything is perfect.

My life is pure perfection and synchronicity.

I am whole.

I am connected.

I am one.

As you slowly bring your breathing back to a natural,

Normal rhythm,

Accepting the light being that you are,

Bringing your awareness coming back into your body,

Feeling free to move,

Shift your posture,

To bring any love and awareness to any part of your mind-body temple.

And with that smile on your face,

Gently and slowly opening your eyes,

Bringing your awareness back into the space in which you reside.

And with your heart open,

Bringing both hands to your chest and honoring the sacred space and time that you have given to cultivate the essence of whom you are.

Love.

I am love.

Yes,

You are.

As you continue to come back into this loving mind-body temple,

Grounding back in,

You may now take this consciousness of love,

Compassion,

And acceptance into your world.

For being the change in this world.

Thank you for taking this time to cultivate and nurture the essence of who you are.

This meditation was good focusing on my heart Center. I enjoyed it and had a smile on my face. I find it odd though that the meditation ended after about 21 minutes but the meditation music went on for over 3 minutes more. Thank you. ❤️
