Welcome to this meditation where we heal any angst,
Anxiousness,
Or anxiety that lives within us.
My name is Dr.
Suki and my meditations focus on developing neurological coherence in the areas that cause any effects or ready to transcend.
Any nervousness,
Angst,
Or anxiety lives in the third neurological center.
This is the area just below your rib cage.
If you bring your fingers to feel the soft area below your rib cage,
This is the solar and adrenal plexus.
In this meditation we will begin the process of developing coherence in the adrenal plexus,
The power center of your body.
This area is three inches above your navel.
Please place yourself in a nice,
Comfortable,
Seated position.
It may be in a chair or on the ground.
Sitting with your spine erect,
Bringing your chin in a slightly tucked,
Allowing your spine and nervous system to be in a fully upright position.
I invite you to close your eyes and bring your awareness to your body temple.
In the area of your shoulders,
Slightly bring your shoulders back,
Contracting your shoulder blades and allowing your sternum,
Chest to ever so slightly rise to the sky.
Facing your hands on the top of your thighs,
Facing down please.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
And begin the process of deep inhalations to your solar adrenal plexus,
The area below your rib cage,
Three inches above your navel.
Spend several seconds in inhalations.
Pause and exhale.
Find your own comfortable breathing rhythm,
Allowing your diaphragm to expand into your solar plexus.
Continue to breathe.
Bring a smile to your face.
This area of your body temple holds memorized emotions for any past challenges,
Stresses,
Or traumas.
Developing coherence through your nervous system here enhances vagal tone.
Continue to breathe.
Your tenth cranial nerve,
Your vagus nerve,
Increases its tone to the adrenal plexus.
If your mind wanders,
Bring your attention back to the area of your body,
Three inches above your navel.
Feel your diaphragm expanding into this area,
Enhancing vagal tone.
As you unwire and unfire neurological patterns that no longer serve you,
You're moving to a higher state of coherence.
I am whole.
I am one.
I am connected.
Continue to breathe in your own comfortable breathing rhythm,
Softening the connection and innervation of the adrenal glands.
You are moving out of fight or flight.
You are moving out of fear.
Your adrenaline cortisol is harmonizing and relaxing.
With every breath,
More oxytocin and dopamine is enhancing.
Continue to smile,
Breathing into the area three inches above your navel.
As you say to yourself,
I am a being of beauty and perfection.
I am whole.
I am healed.
I am calm.
I am one.
I am healed of all subconscious patterns.
I am harmonized with who I am becoming.
All my atoms,
Cells,
Tissues and organs are healed.
I choose my emotional well-being.
I choose peace.
I am grounded.
I am relaxed.
I am whole.
Continue to breathe,
Staying connected,
Opening up all memorized emotions that no longer serve you to fully integrate and harmonize as healed.
I am present to this moment where everything is perfect and I am perfect.
I am no longer swayed by those around me as I am healed.
Continue to breathe with a smile on your face.
Bring your breathing rhythm back to a normalized pace and depth.
Continue to smile,
Giving thanks for this time to integrate and process any anxiety or nervousness that presents.
You may use this meditation to re-harmonize any time you feel those emotions.
I invite you to slowly open your eyes.
Bring your mind,
Body,
And temple back into the space in which you reside.
Giving thanks and giving gratitude for this time to cultivate and nurture the essence of who you are.
