So I invite you to get yourself in a nice comfortable position.

That may be sitting down or it might be laying down on your spine.

What's most important is that your body feels comfortable and at ease.

The first thing I invite you to do is to close your eyes and turn your awareness and your attention inwards.

When we do this,

It creates something quite extraordinary.

We turn off the noise from the outer world and we begin the process of turning up the volume of our inner world.

This is what I call sensory deprivation,

Where we give our nervous system the opportunity to recalibrate and to align to that in which we would like to see more of and create.

With your eyes closed,

Bring your awareness to your chest,

To your shoulders,

And your upper back.

I invite you to draw your shoulder blades back slightly together,

Opening up your chest and dropping your shoulders slightly down towards your pelvis and feet,

Really opening your heart plexus.

This opens the channel in your entire nervous system and spinal cord.

I also invite you to slightly tuck your chin and open up the back of your neck ever so slightly.

The upper cervical area is the greatest concentration of neurofibers and life force and intelligence.

As we open up that channel and canal,

We open up to the infinite possibilities that are around us.

With your mind's eye turned inwards,

I invite you to bring your awareness and bring your attention to your breath.

Breath is a powerful tool.

It's a tool to activate the greatest technology on the planet,

Your nervous system.

Just become aware of your breath.

Are you breathing shallow?

Are you breathing deep?

Become an observer of your breath.

Are you breathing through your nose or through your mouth?

How far down does your breath go into your chest,

Into your diaphragm,

Into your tummy?

Simply observe.

No judgment.

There's no right or wrong.

There's only the presence of this moment.

I invite you to bring your awareness to your nose and your nasal pathway.

Begin taking long,

Slow,

Deep inhalations in through your nose and out through your nose.

As you breathe through your nose,

I invite you to close your mouth and bring a smile to your face.

Bring a smile to your inner being and your inner self.

As you breathe through your nose,

I invite you to breathe in for four seconds and pause at the bottom of the inhalation and exhale longer for six seconds.

Pause the top of your exhalation and inhale again.

Pause the bottom of your inhalation and long,

Slow exhale.

Aim for a four second inhalation,

Six second exhalation.

Most important is your exhalation is longer than your inhalation.

Mouth is closed.

Smile on your face,

Turning your attention and awareness to your breath.

Long,

Slow,

Deep inhalations.

Longer,

Slow,

Full exhalations.

As we deprive our mind-body temple of sensory stimulation and turn our awareness inward,

We begin to recalibrate our entire perception system.

By activating a longer exhalation,

We move the nervous system to a parasympathetic tone.

And that tone creates wholeness,

Creates healing,

Creates connection and creates coherence.

Bring your awareness to the area just below your ribcage.

This is the home of your diaphragm.

With every exhalation,

I want you to visualize that diaphragm expanding up into your chest,

Into your heart.

And with every exhalation,

Expanding deep into your tummy,

Right down to your belly button.

Long,

Slow,

Deep inhalations.

Pausing at the bottom of the inhalation in a longer,

Slow,

Full exhalation.

Breathe in for four seconds,

Pause for two,

Breathe out for six seconds,

Pause for two,

And continue to repeat that cycle.

Breathing only through the nose,

Mouth is closed,

Smile on your face,

Smiling at your inner being and your inner self.

As we activate the parasympathetic nervous system,

We turn down the volume of the stress response.

We open up the opportunity to rewire and refire our nervous system to a new resonance,

A new frequency,

A new calibration.

Anytime your mind wanders,

Bring it back to your breath,

Bring it back to your awareness.

Invite you to bring to your mind's eye any stress,

Any challenges,

Any hardships that exist in your life.

This may be something that exists in your mind,

Body,

Temple.

This may be another person,

Another place,

Dynamic,

A conversation.

Something in your personal life or something in your professional life.

Whatever it is,

Bring this into your mind's eye.

As you bring it into your mind's eye,

Bring your attention and awareness back to your breath.

Continue to breathe in for four,

Pause for two,

Exhale for six seconds.

Pause for two.

It's incredibly important to exhale longer than your inhale,

Only breathing through your nose.

Smile on your face.

The key to living your best life,

Living your greatest life,

Is to understand the identity of your pain body.

The pain body is that thing which holds you back in your life,

Whether it's in your mind,

Body,

Temple or out there.

With breath,

With coherence,

We can unwire and unfire the pain body that exists in your presence and in your life.

The nervous system does not know the difference between past,

Present and future.

It only lives in this moment.

Continue to breathe.

Continue to be in this moment with the awareness of your pain body in mind.

The stress,

The challenge,

The hardship that exists in your life.

Continuing to breathe.

Continue to keep a smile on your face.

Ask yourself,

This pain body were to diminish.

This pain body was to go away.

What would emerge?

What would emerge from within me?

What identity would you be?

The stress,

The challenge,

The pain,

The heartache was removed.

What would your life look like?

Who would you be like?

How would you walk?

How would you talk?

What conversations would you have?

How would you feel?

I invite you to bring in all the sensory perceptions of this new identity that has transcended the pain body that has held you back yesterday.

What would your mind focus on?

What would it see?

What would it hear?

What would it smell?

What would it taste?

What would it touch?

How would your body feel?

Vitalized,

Vibrant,

Connected,

Whole,

Potent,

Powerful.

What emotions would emerge from within?

More love,

More gratitude,

More inspiration,

More enthusiasm.

Allow all your sensory perceptions to fully open up to this new identity.

This identity of your more whole,

More connected,

More loving presence be.

Continue to breathe,

Keeping that exhalation longer than your inhalation.

Keeping your mouth closed,

Only breathing through your nose.

Bring your awareness to your body temple.

Open up your chest,

Drawing your shoulder blades back and down.

Slightly tucking your chin,

Opening up the back of your neck,

Opening a clear channel through your entire nervous system.

Keeping your palms up towards the sky.

Being fully open,

Fully present.

Being the identity that you desire in this moment.

See,

Feel,

Experience and be the identity looking through the eyes of yourself.

Being that person.

Seeing the world as you innately desire it to be.

More love,

More presence,

More joy,

More laughter,

More connection.

Seeing humanity as one.

Be the change you want to see in this world.

Be the change in this moment.

You are no longer held back by the challenge,

Stress,

The trauma of yesterday.

You and your world are a new sandbox,

Are a new canvas.

You get to create and sculpt on it as you innately desire.

Continue to breathe,

Continue to stay connected.

And ask yourself,

What does love feel like?

What does love see?

What does love hear?

What does love smell?

What does love taste?

What is the intuition of loving presence?

When we bring loving presence into our field,

We recalibrate,

Rewire and refire our entire nervous system.

We attune our intention from within to look for that out there because we have become that loving presence in here.

Loving presence is your natural way of being.

This is how you are innately built.

And any departure from here,

Your mind-body temple will gently nudge you to bring your awareness of your departure.

You just need to tune back in,

Slow life down and reconnect the essence of who we are.

As we connect,

We become more whole.

We heal,

We become more vibrant.

Our innate potential begins to fully emerge from the inside out.

And like the rays from sunshine,

Our loving presence is beamed upon the world out there.

Changing every person,

Every place,

Everything around us.

Living our greatest life begins in here.

It begins by cultivating and nurturing the infinite potential that lives within our nervous system.

And as we cultivate and nurture it,

It expresses,

We rewire,

We recalibrate to a new resonance and new frequency.

You are a being of beauty and perfection.

And wholeness is your natural state.

Health is your natural state being.

Vitality,

Connection is innately who you are.

You were built to spread loving presence throughout your world.

You embrace all that cross your path.

Continue to breathe,

Continue to smile,

Continue to have a longer exhalation than your inhalation.

And ask yourself,

What would you like to see more of in your world?

What goodness would you like to create in your world?

Let's connect with that identity.

The identity of your most authentic,

Connected self.

Take in a few more last breaths.

Giving your hands to your heart.

Giving thanks,

Giving gratitude,

Giving grace,

Taking the time to cultivate and nurture the essence of who you are.

To recalibrate in here before moving into the world out there.

Knowing that as you change in here,

It's the only way the world changes out there.

Be the change.

Be the change you wish to see in the world.

And when you're ready,

Give me that smile on your face.

Invite you to come back into your space,

Back into your body.

Open your eyes and look around.

And just take notice of what's different.

What's different in here?

And how is that changing what's out there and around you?

You are being a beauty and perfection.

And when you connect with that in here,

You look for that out there.
