Finding that nice comfortable position either seated or lying down,
I want you to tune your awareness into your body.
The mind always needs something to focus on.
And when you bring that focus into your body,
You can begin the process of activating the intelligence and the power within your autonomic nervous system.
I invite you to tune into any part of your body that feels tight,
That feels stiff,
That feels as if it needs some extra attention.
And if you haven't already,
I invite you to close your eyes,
Which allows the mind,
Allows the mind-body temple to focus inward.
And when you find that part of your body,
Whether it's your knee,
Your back,
Your hip,
Your elbow,
Whatever it is,
I want you to see with your mind's eye the movement of breath through the mind-body temple.
Consider breath as a movement of white light.
And with every inhalation,
I want you to see that breath,
That white light move down into your body.
And with every exhalation,
Move up through your torso and body,
Out through your nasal oral passage.
It's almost as if you're watching a tennis match and your breath is the tennis ball moving up and down,
Back and forth.
For some of you,
You will see it.
For others,
You will feel it.
Continue to breathe long,
Slow,
Deep inhalations.
Each of us has a dominant sensory source.
The key is connection.
Connect with the movement of breath.
If you're having a hard time,
Place your hands on your torso,
Around your rib cage,
The bottom of your rib cage where your diaphragm is.
And with every inhalation,
I want you to sense the expansion of your diaphragm during inhalations and the gentle squeeze during exhalations.
The source of the challenges,
The pain,
The discomfort in our lives stems from disconnection.
The remedy is reconnection,
Connection to the intelligent being that you are.
And breath is a potent and powerful way to reconnect.
This changes your brainwave state from beta to alpha to theta.
Opening the doorway to theta.
Continue to breathe.
Continue to connect.
And I want you to bring a smile to your face.
Get a sense of smiling at your inner being,
The essence of who you are.
When the mind-body temple enters this dream-like state,
Our nervous system opens up to new possibilities,
New opportunities,
A new identity of who you are.
And this identity embodies the consciousness that transcends the pain,
The stress,
The challenges of your life.
Because you innately are a being of beauty and perfection,
That is the essence of who you are.
Your ability to elevate consciousness that allows your innate potential to more fully emerge.
Continue to breathe long,
Slow,
Deep inhalations.
Continue to allow your mind-body temple to expand with every inhalation and have a gentle squeeze with every exhalation.
Any part of your mind-body temple requires more life force.
Begin to see or feel your breath move into that area.
Regenerate your nervous system and enable those cells to regenerate,
Reorganize,
And transcend any limitations.
You are a self-healing,
Self-regulating organism.
This is your innate being.
Continue to bring a smile to your face,
Shining that light deep within your mind-body temple.
And while in this state of being,
Allow your mind-body temple to expand.
Allow what's meant to emerge to actualize through you.
That's the process of allowing your emergent being a new state of awareness and consciousness to bring more peace or love or connection.
What you create in here,
You will look for out there.
You will harmonize to new frequencies,
New consciousness,
And a new state of being.
That new state of being is a new you.
You are no longer the identity that holds you back,
One of challenge or stress.
No longer harmonize with those frequencies.
Your entire mind-body matrix transcends.
Every atom,
Every cell,
Every tissue,
Every organ,
Every organ system is calibrating and harmonizing to new frequencies,
A new state of being.
This is a path of healing.
This is the path of wholeness.
This is the path of connection.
The deeper you connect,
The deeper your connection.
Breath is our tool through deep inhalations and long,
Slow exhalations.
With breath,
We move life force.
With life force,
We activate the power of the autonomic nervous system.
In this state of being,
You are rewiring and refiring every part of your nervous system,
Making this state of wholeness and connection become your natural way of being.
Let your mind go,
Let your body go.
The past has been forgiven and this moment is being rewritten.
With more wholeness,
More connection,
More life force,
More of the gift of who you are.

Begin to wiggle your toes and wiggle your fingers.
Begin to rotate your ankles.
Rotate your wrists.
Begin to move your knees,
Your legs,
Your hips,
And your pelvis.
Begin to rotate your torso.
Move your spine.
Bring your awareness to your neck,
Shrugging your shoulders forward,
Shrugging your shoulders back.
I want you to take your fingers,
Place them on your eyebrows,
And gently tap them with your fingers.
Tapping to the sides of your eyes,
Down to your cheekbones as you come back into your body.
Tapping the space between your upper lip and your nose,
And down to your chin.
When you're ready,
You may open your eyes.
