Welcome to this I Am Grateful meditation.

In this meditation we will activate the biology of gratitude.

Allow yourself to lie down on your spine,

On your back,

Finding ease in this position.

Bring your arms to your sides.

Allow your palms to face up to the field around you.

Begin to scan your body from the top of your head down through your face,

Through your throat,

And set the intention for ease,

For flow,

Through your entire central nervous system.

Moving down to the bottom of your throat,

Your chest,

Your back,

Arms,

Down to your fingers in the lower tummy.

Allowing your central nervous system to shift to ease and homeostasis.

Moving down to your pelvis,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

And your lower legs.

Moving that awareness to your ankles,

Feet,

And toes.

As you've turned your awareness and your attention inwards,

Feel free to move and shift your body to find more ease.

Gratitude is not something we experience out there.

It is a biological state activated by your central nervous system that you get to experience in here.

Turn your attention and awareness inwards,

Closing your eyes,

Closing your mouth.

Bring a smile to your face.

Begin the process,

Breathing through your nose,

Comfortably,

Gently,

And allowing your exhalations to be slightly longer than your inhalations.

With this breath,

The smile on your face,

We will begin cultivating the biology of gratitude.

We will begin with I am intentions,

Calibrating your nervous system to a new frequency,

To a new consciousness,

To an activation of gratitude.

I am grateful for this mind-body temple.

I am grateful to experience this gift of life.

I am grateful for everything I have experienced in my life.

I am grateful for the growth,

Evolution,

And expansion of my awareness.

I am grateful for all the abundance within my life.

Continue to breathe.

Continue to smile.

Continue to be in here and embody this biological state.

I am grateful for all the people in my life.

I am grateful for all the energy that surrounds me in the unified field.

I am grateful for who I am and the endless possibilities that await me.

I am grateful for creativity that is emerging within me.

I am grateful for the cycles of life.

I am grateful to be alive today.

I am grateful for a roof over my head.

I am grateful for food to nourish my mind-body temple.

I am grateful for all the experiences that have come my way.

I am grateful for all the nature within the universe.

I am grateful to integrate all the stress and all the challenges I've experienced.

I am grateful for having the greatest technology within the universe that resides within my nervous system.

I am grateful for the life force flowing through my nervous system.

That is who I am.

I am grateful for all the memories that I have.

I am grateful for all my failures and all my successes.

I am grateful to be supported by the unified field and everything in it.

I am grateful for seeing the opportunities that await me.

I am grateful for all the doors that open around me.

Continue to breathe.

Continue to smile.

Continue to bask in the biology of gratitude.

I am grateful to always have more than enough.

I am grateful for the ability to heal and overcome everything around me.

I am grateful for my innate intelligence.

I am grateful to be well.

I am grateful for every cell,

Every tissue,

Every organ,

And every system within my body.

I am grateful for my nervous system.

I am grateful to be in alignment with the whole.

I am grateful to breathe.

I am grateful for the intelligence within the universe.

I am grateful for my inborn natural ability to regenerate and reorganize.

I am grateful for love.

I am grateful to be nourished and surrounded with love.

I am grateful for my heart to fully experience the consciousness of unconditional love.

I am grateful to have an open heart and be thankful for it.

I am grateful to be whole,

To be healthy,

To be vibrant.

I am grateful for vitality.

I am grateful for growth and evolution.

I am grateful for the relationship with myself and others.

I am grateful for everything that has happened and will happen today.

I am grateful for all the joy and all the happiness and all the fulfillment in my life.

I am grateful for the biodiversity of growth and evolution through the challenges that brought my way.

I am grateful to shift my perceptual lens for goodness that brings more my way.

I am grateful to have rejuvenating and integrative sleep cycles.

I am grateful for this moment.

I am grateful for this life.
