Join me for this powerful meditation where you will connect deeply to your nervous system and connection to your mind-body temple. This guided meditation focuses on integrating old memorized emotions (energy in motion) locked in your nervous system. The intention is to allow more energy to flow through your 2nd neurological centre the superior mesenteric plexus, the centre responsible for creating more emotional stability.

Welcome to this meditation for emotional well-being.

My name is Dr.

Suki and in this meditation we will cultivate emotional coherence in the second neurological center.

This is the area one centimeter below your navel.

It is the area responsible for holding old memorized emotions that affect your emotional well-being.

Get yourself in a nice comfortable seated position.

Bring your hands to the top of your thighs with your palms facing the sky.

Keep your spine in a comfortable,

Neutral and erect position.

Slightly tuck your chin.

Closing your eyes,

Opening up through the front of your chest,

Slightly squeezing your shoulder blades together,

Opening up your shoulders.

With your eyes closed,

Bring a smile to your face.

Bring your awareness to the area one centimeter below your navel at the front and from behind the base of your sacrum,

Pelvis.

Begin the process of taking long,

Slow,

Deep inhalations to the second neurological center known as the superior mesenteric plexus.

Spend several seconds inhaling,

Pausing and several seconds exhaling.

Find your own comfortable,

Natural breathing rhythm with deep,

Slow inhalations and exhalations.

With a smile on your face,

Bring your awareness to the area below your navel,

To the back,

To the sides.

We will begin the process of cultivating emotional wellbeing,

Emotional coherence.

This is the area of your pelvis,

Vital organs such as your bladder,

Womb or prostate.

It is the seat of your central nervous system,

The autonomic nervous system.

The base of your adrenal glands live here as well as your reproductive organs.

The intent of this meditation is to create emotional stability.

Emotions are energy in motion.

Anything that holds us back is simply unintegrated information trapped in this neurological center.

With a smile on your face,

Continuing to breathe,

Keeping your attention and focus within your body temple in the area surrounding your pelvis.

Reminding yourself,

I am emotionally connected.

I am emotionally whole.

My energy in motion is stable and grounded.

I am fully expressive.

I am connected to my inner power.

I am living with my inner knowing.

I have high emotional intelligence.

With every inhalation,

I am activating higher levels of vagal tone.

My tenth cranial nerve.

With every breath,

I am firing new neurological fibers that are wiring for my emotional well-being.

My emotions and feelings are whole and pure.

I am coherent.

I feel my way through life connected to my life force.

I am guided by my inner voice and intuition.

I am living greater than my environment.

I am transcended.

No emotions hold me back.

My emotions fuel me,

Connect to me and move me forward to my purpose and authentic power.

I need to breathe deep into your second neural center,

The superior mesentery plexus.

I am unwiring and unfiring any emotions that no longer serve me.

All my vital organs are healed,

Whole and abundant.

I am a being of beauty and perfection.

My adrenals are healed,

Calm and poised.

I am fluid.

I am flow.

I am grace.

I am cultivating emotional wellness.

My emotions fuel me and drive me in the direction of the conscious creator that I am.

I am joyful.

I am loving.

I am grateful.

I am cultivating creativity,

Transcending any emotions that hold me back.

I am trusting my inner guidance and intelligent system.

All my relationships are healed.

I no longer bring the past into this moment.

I have let go of any armor or any attachments.

I am emotionally free.

I have surrendered to life knowing that it is perfect and I am perfect.

The smile on your face,

Embodying the knowing.

I am a being of beauty and perfection.

As you begin to slow down your breathing to a natural depth and rhythm,

Allow yourself to come back into your mind-body temple.

With a smile on your face,

Slowly opening your eyes.

Coming back into the room in which you reside.

Giving thanks and gratitude for taking this time.

This time to cultivate and nurture emotional wellbeing.
