The radical acknowledgement mantra.

Freedom,

Life,

Love,

And healing is in my cells.

In this moment,

In this breath.

To acknowledge,

To accept,

To fully be in my body,

In this place,

Is the key to a life beyond imagination.

I look within myself and I listen.

Softly,

Gently,

I exhale.

I release the need to control my circumstances.

Harmony,

Melody,

And oxygen I inhale.

Filling my lungs,

My heart,

My mind,

And my spirit.

I am whole.

I honor the process.

I honor my parts.

I honor release.

Thoughtful,

Revolutionary,

Complete.

I attend to my thoughts,

My needs,

Whether met or unmet.

And I release.

And so begins the radical acknowledgement mantra.

The circle starts with acknowledgement.

Then we release,

And then completes with replenishment.

Acknowledgement.

I acknowledge reality as it is.

Even though it may be painful,

I know that a key towards healing is accepting the past and the present,

Even if I don't like them.

I acknowledge that life can be worth living,

Even if it is painful.

I acknowledge that resisting and rejecting the facts will not change them.

I can hold acceptance and accountability in each hand.

I acknowledge every single whisper and shout from my being.

I acknowledge that what I deny will amplify,

And what I resist will persist.

I acknowledge that acceptance is in each step towards freedom.

I acknowledge that by suppressing my symptoms,

They will become louder in service to me.

I acknowledge that in order to change reality,

I must first accept reality.

I acknowledge that symptoms are my body and mind's attempts at telling me something's wrong.

I acknowledge that by mindfully attending to my symptoms,

I am creating an opportunity to heal.

Release.

Whatever I am dealing with,

I release the need to control or change it.

Whomever I am dealing with,

I release the need to control or change them.

Whatever I am afraid of,

I release the need to control or change it.

I pause.

I breathe.

I listen.

And with each thought,

Each sensation,

I acknowledge and I release.

I pause.

I breathe.

And I listen.

And with each thought,

Each sensation,

I acknowledge and I release.

I allow a soft smile to form at my lips.

And I breathe.

I welcome all of the wonderful things that are meant for me.

I welcome peace.

I welcome clarity.

I welcome calm.

I welcome each thought.

I welcome each sensation.

I welcome each feeling.

And I welcome rest.

I welcome all of the wonderful things that are meant for me.
