I have trouble identifying and getting disentangled from thought. This was a very doable practice, and I felt some distance from thought. I'm saving this recording because it was so helpful to me. Thank you.

The guidance was so helpful on analyzing my thoughts. I will be returning to this and using some of the practices throughout the day to be “thoughtful” about my thoughts.

Brilliant advice, been doing mainly guided meditations for years, but what you're saying makes tons of sense. Will give it a go. Thank you so much.

Lovely. I heard something once: when meditating and your mind wanders, gently bringing your attention back to your breathing is the meditation.
