After watching this video and following up with your other resources, I have more of the proper language and insights into Neuro Divergence than I have had in the last 10 years of being diagnosed. Thank you for understanding that it helps to find "someone who gets it". I have had to describe to Therapist and Psychiatrists, "Yes, that concept is great strategy, but there is still this high wall in my brain I have to climb everyday, that will still be there tomorrow," to try to explain that my Neurology needs something different. You have figured out that difference!

Really appreciated this break down of neurodivergence. This has been my lived experience. Got formal diagnosis at 34 for ADHD however was overlooked for autism because I can make eye contact when speaking….Very dismissive of years of masking. I appreciate having the words to describe my awareness of self

A helpful explanation of the overlap of the two in which one my have been missed. I'm curious on what your thoughts are on later life diagnosis(say 50s-60s). I see quite a few people with later life diagnosis that I believe also have high functioning autism that has been masked masterfully for their lifetime. I look forward to reading your new book.
