I invite you to join me in this present moment,
In this moment,
This moment,
This moment,
Where we step back from our day,
From our night,
Where we slow down from the busyness that often characterizes our mind,
Our body,
Our heart,
Our spirit,
Where we get quiet and listen deeply to the soul of life,
Who like clockwork appears with us in these gatherings and shares her wisdom.
And to her we say,
To you who gives us life and love,
Thank you.
To you,
Oh soul of life,
Who is our life,
Who is our love,
Without whom we would not be here on this earth as a sacred human being.
And so for our very lives,
We say thank you.
For every breath we take,
This breath,
This breath,
Our every breath,
We say thank you.
For riches beyond measure in all kinds of packages,
All kinds of packages,
This time our busy days,
Our busy nights,
The people who cross our paths,
The people who make us want to tear our hair out,
For riches beyond measure in all kinds of packages,
We say thank you.
And for the privilege of gathering for ourselves,
For our sacred selves,
For this community,
For all communities,
For humanity,
And for Mother Earth herself we gather,
For the privilege of gathering,
We say thank you.
And for Rich's blessings on this sacred conversation that we are about to have in advance,
We say thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Dear ones,
Dear ones,
Dear ones,
I have so much to tell you.
Come close.
Listen deep.
My every word is meant for you.
First and foremost,
I love you.
I love you fully,
Unconditionally,
Passionately,
With every fiber of my being.
I love you.
I invite you to love you,
Yourself,
This much also.
To love yourself wholly,
To love yourself fully,
To love yourself without constraint,
Without condition,
Without end.
You are indeed that special.
Yes,
You are.
I want to have a conversation with you about responsibility.
That word response,
Ability.
So often I see you,
Most especially Kim,
Taking on mountains of responsibility that are not hers.
And maybe you too are taking on mountains of responsibility that are not yours.
I dear one am responsible.
Frankly,
Not you.
Not you.
You have one responsibility in this life of human form.
And that responsibility is for your own life,
For no one else's.
You are not even responsible for all that is happening in the world.
That too is my responsibility.
So I invite you dear one to look to see where have you declared yourself responsible?
Where have you consciously chosen to be responsible and more likely,
Where have you unconsciously fallen into being responsible?
You're not responsible for whether someone lives or whether someone dies.
You're not responsible for how the day goes or doesn't go.
You're not responsible,
Dear one,
For all those things that might be even beyond your to-do list.
I actually invite you to look at that to-do list that's either written down or in your mind and ask yourself,
Am I really responsible for this?
Is this really my place?
Am I doing this because I think I must save someone or be the one who solves all the problems or makes the big things happen or calls the shots?
Maybe dear one,
You have burdened yourself needlessly.
I've been pointing that out to Kim for the past few days.
All the people and projects she's taken on that are not her responsibility.
They are in fact my responsibility.
And yes,
There are times when I call on her or you to be my partner in some occurrence with some person or persons,
But you are my partner.
You are not responsible.
And so I invite you,
Dear one,
To grapple with this deeply because remember,
These conversations first and foremost are about your freedom.
Your freedom from the conditioning that society has immersed you in.
Your freedom from programming in your family,
In your community,
In this community,
The programming of what it is on earth these days that I did not create,
But that human beings sometimes not for the best of intentions have created.
And so this conversation was designed,
Dear one,
To help you set yourself free by grappling with the question,
Where have I taken on being responsible?
That I'm not really responsible for?
Where have I stepped in and decided that my view,
My way is the better way?
Instead of leaving others free to determine their own fate?
Your fate,
Dear one,
Is in your hands.
Yes,
In partnership with me.
But your fate,
No one else's fate is in your hands.
Even the little ones,
Dear one,
You may think,
Oh,
But my children,
Oh,
But my children,
Oh,
But my children.
I promise you,
Dear one,
I am taking great care of them in ways that you do not see,
In ways sometimes that I don't even want you to see,
Because I want you to trust the unfolding,
Instead of grabbing at answers or grabbing at straws or grabbing the reins of responsibility.
This is a conversation we may need to have over and over and over again,
Because for most to be human is to be responsible.
And yet that is utter programming.
That is conditioning.
And I want to set you free and to have you set yourself free from that very insidious programming and conditioning that gets into your very cells and distorts what life is really about.
So I invite you once again,
Dear one,
As I have said quite often,
Trust the unfolding of the unknowing.
Answers so often elude you and they elude you for a purpose,
Because if you had all the answers,
There would be no need to trust.
There would be no need to keep awake.
There would be no need to even gather if you have all the answers.
I so appreciate this time with you.
I so appreciate you gathering,
Not just for yourselves,
Not just for this community,
But for humanity and for Mother Earth herself.
Thank you,
Dear one,
For gathering.
And please take this question into your heart,
Your mind,
Your body and your spirit.
Allow it to take root and allow it to set you free.
That's my wish for you.
That's my desire for you.
That's an expression of my deepest love for you.
Once again,
Thank you for gathering.
Sweet blessings.
Sweet,
Sweet,
Sweet blessings.
