This yoga nidra was originally recorded at my Welcoming 2026 ceremony. The theme that arose was anchoring a new grid within our bodies, as the earth anchors her own new grid. Neptune and Saturn both move into Aries at the beginning of 2026, which will mirror this same movement. Saturn (structure) and Neptune (the dream) are both making their way finally to the beginning of the zodiac, beginning a whole new cycle, as we also end a 9-year cycle and begin a new one. 2026 holds the energy of The Magician and The Wheel of Fortune in the tarot. All these themes are included in this yoga nidra, as well as energy healing to help prepare us for this new energy.

Welcome to this practice of Yoga Nidra on anchoring a new grid.

As always,

Begin by making yourself comfortable.

Maybe a pillow behind the knees,

Behind the head,

An eye covering,

A blanket,

Covering the feet if the temperature is cool.

Making sure that you are completely supported here.

We are getting into the root today,

The body,

The minerals,

Calling our individual unique version of heaven to earth.

So make sure that your body,

The earth of you is comfortable.

If there is a slight adjustment,

A micro movement needed for that next level of comfort.

So no body part is talking to you,

Needing something.

Give that to yourself now.

Allow the body to feel fully supported,

Nourished and honored.

Making sure your space is exactly as you need it.

Begin by bringing your attention to your breath.

Inhaling through the nose and exhaling out the mouth.

Letting yourself drop down with each cycle of breath until you find yourself comfortable in this space.

Making any last adjustments here.

Shaking off any tension and allowing yourself to drop down even further.

Visually imagine drawing a circle around you,

Disconnecting from anything you were doing before and anything you have to do after.

Allowing yourself to have this now moment.

Inside this circle,

This cylinder from heaven to earth,

Just noticing any dust or debris and allowing that to start settling down into the earth.

And visually witness Mother Earth receiving this energy like compost.

Anything that's discordant or confusing or unsure,

Just let her take it.

Notice how she's always here for us,

Willing to receive it.

Just as the trees give us oxygen and we give them what they need.

A symbiotic relationship with the earth is ever present.

Anything that is ready to be released send it all the way down into the earth.

Like a garbage chute,

You can just send whatever you want.

Just letting it all go.

Relaxing the body now.

Noticing the parts of the body touching earth.

Let yourself drop down even further to the support beneath you.

Readying yourself to be received.

To be adjusted,

Upgraded,

Transformed,

And renewed.

The practice of Yoga Nidra begins now.

Begin by calling in your Sankalpa.

A Sankalpa is an intention,

A passion,

A desire,

A focus with an I am statement.

Something you want to learn from and become.

Let it arise naturally or return to a Sankalpa you have worked with before.

Ideas might be I am grounded.

I am purposeful.

I am rooted.

I am here.

Quiet.

Listening.

What wants to be anchored in your grid?

The grid of you and the grid around you.

To connect to an ever-changing grid within the body and without the body that mirror one another.

Once yours has landed,

State it three times.

And allow the energy of this Sankalpa to fill your body to become the grid itself.

Imagine an energetic grid within your body forming now.

Allow it to extend out around you and anchor you down into the grid of earth as you come into alignment with her.

As I call out locations in the body,

Imagine each one lighting up,

Building and strengthening the scaffolding within the grid of you.

Planting your purpose,

Intention,

Mission here all the way down into the root of your body becoming one with it.

Bringing your attention all the way into the brow center.

Planting your intention there and lighting up the grid of your body.

Moving to the center of the throat.

Right shoulder joint.

Right elbow joint.

Right wrist joint.

Tip of the right thumb.

Tip of the right index finger.

Middle finger.

Ring finger.

Pinky.

Center of the right wrist.

Center of the right elbow.

Center of the right shoulder.

Center of the throat.

Left shoulder joint.

Left elbow joint.

Left wrist joint.

Tip of the left thumb.

Tip of the left index finger.

Middle finger.

Ring finger.

Pinky.

Center of the left wrist.

Center of the left elbow.

Center of the left shoulder.

Center of the throat.

Center of the chest.

Right nipple.

Center of the chest.

Left nipple.

Heart center.

Solar plexus.

Sacral center.

Right hip joint.

Right knee joint.

Right ankle joint.

Right big toe.

Tip of the second toe.

Third toe.

Fourth toe.

Fifth toe.

Center of the right ankle.

Center of the right knee.

Center of the right hip.

Sacral center.

Left hip joint.

Left knee joint.

Left ankle joint.

Left big toe.

Tip of the second toe.

Third toe.

Fourth toe.

Fifth toe.

Center of the left ankle.

Center of the left knee.

Center of the left hip.

Sacral center.

Solar plexus.

Heart center.

Center of the throat.

Center of the brows.

Feel the grid of the whole body lit up with conscious awareness.

Feel all parts of the body coming together now.

Whole body awareness.

Feel the whole body lit up with your conscious awareness.

Each one of these points an apex on the grid of the scaffolding within you.

The structure that you are anchoring into your body.

The consciousness that you desire to culminate there.

Feel the strength of that whole body awareness with your intention.

Bring your attention all the way down into the core of the earth.

Then bringing your attention to the space around the core of the earth.

Following that up to the root chakra.

Then bringing your attention to the space around the root chakra.

Sacral chakra.

The space around the sacral chakra.

Solar plexus.

And the space around the solar plexus.

Heart chakra.

And the space around the heart chakra.

Throat chakra.

And the space around the throat chakra.

Third eye.

And the space around the third eye.

Crown chakra.

And the space around the crown chakra.

And bringing your attention to the moon chakra.

The eighth chakra above the head and at the back of the head.

And the space around the moon chakra.

Following that up now all the way to the center of the sun.

And the space around the center of the sun.

Feel the channel of the mother at the core of the earth.

Her love for you rising to meet you.

And her love for the divine father rising all the way through the tube of your chakras.

To the father in the center of the sun.

And feel his love come back for her.

The mother and the father able to love each other through the instrument of the vessel of your body.

Through the beautiful divine child of you.

That open fluid connection.

The mother can travel to the father.

And the father can travel to the mother.

Balancing masculine and feminine.

Electric and magnetic energy as they do.

Sensing the whole system now.

Earth to sun.

Sun to earth.

Through the vessel of you.

And feeling the space around the whole system.

Moving in perfect order.

Nothing to do but allow.

Call to your mind the feeling and the image of fire.

What does the element of fire feel like in your body?

Let yourself feel fire all the way to the outside edges of your field.

As far as it wants to go.

What does fire feel like?

What does it want to consume?

Letting that go now and calling in the image and the energy of earth.

What does the feeling of earth feel like in your body?

Let it take up all the space it wants.

Let yourself feel the wholeness of earth.

Letting that go now and calling in the energy of air.

What does air feel like in your body?

Let the fullness of air take up all the space it wants in your body.

How does air want to move?

Letting that go now.

Calling in the energy of water.

Allowing water to fill up your whole body.

What does water feel like in your body?

Let your whole body be occupied with water.

Letting that go and then calling in all the elements.

Feel all the elements in your body at once balanced,

Centered,

In right relationship and harmony with one another.

Notice the symbiotic relationship there.

Notice how each element depends on the other one for balance,

For tempering,

And for encouragement.

Air encouraging fire.

Water nourishing earth.

Each one dependent on the other for balance and harmony.

Feeling that sense of balance within you.

Or notice where there's imbalance and call the opposite to balance it.

Letting all of that go now and calling in the memory of this grid that you created in your body.

That is moving organically all the time whether you are aware of it or not.

Feel it lighting up,

Anchoring your system in this new world that we are co-creating together in real time.

You incarnated for this exact moment.

Feel the grid of you anchoring into the earth.

Your spirit anchoring directly into the body,

Planting your intentions inside of your grid.

The intentions of your life and for your sojourn here on earth directly into the soil.

Feel the mother at the center of the earth receiving your intentions all the way down into the minerals of her soil.

Following the roots that begin to grow upward through the chakra system out the crown of the head and directly into the center of the sun.

Feeling the father receiving your intentions also.

Anchoring them into the light guiding your path forward.

Never alone,

Never abandoned,

Always held,

Witnessed,

Known,

Loved.

Feel the love of the mother and father moving back and forth between you.

You as the instrument that allows the mother and father to feel each other's love and the love they have for you.

As your grid begins to light up with this energy of love tantra,

The wellspring of devotion.

Begin feeling the grid of others like you lighting up around the globe.

Connecting your mission to theirs.

Amplifying your reach,

Your community,

Your strength,

And your courage.

Your courage to be seen,

To share your light,

To find your people in the here and now.

Connecting across the globe.

Lighting up a grid of purpose and passion,

Creativity,

Will,

Desire,

And love.

Anchoring your love into this place that we live.

A commitment to love over all else.

To let go and forgive.

To realize that everyone is doing their best.

To connect with others that remind you of your mission,

Your purpose,

Your devotion.

Amplifying the light,

Dispelling the darkness.

Finding your way,

Your path,

Your tribe,

Your community,

Your soul blueprint,

Your heaven on earth.

Allow yourself a moment here to commune with your heaven on earth.

Visualizing it.

What does it look like?

What does it feel like?

What does it taste like?

Visualizations act like a magnet to bring those things down into your experience,

Into your body.

To share and transmit those visuals with those around you.

Even if you never speak them.

Just simply by being who you are.

Transmitting that frequency of your own uniqueness out into the planet as your own vote for what happens.

Acknowledging the mother and father as they witness your journey and show up here today.

Bowing to each one of the elements in your own body and on the earth.

Asking for guidance to learn how to wield these elements.

To learn how to wield the tools of the magician.

And to spin the wheel of fortune with intention.

Landing on exactly what you want.

Let it already be done.

Bringing to mind again your sankalpa.

Stating it three times.

The practice of yoga nidra is now complete.

Begin noticing the surface beneath you.

The sounds in the room.

Bringing in a few micro movements to your feet and hands.

Slowly bending your knees.

And when you're ready slowly turning to one side.

Taking your time here before getting up.

Just letting the images and the information wash over you.

And in time when you're ready coming back to the world of three dimensions.
