Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
All the way down into the belly,
Exhaling out the mouth.
Two more times,
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhaling out the mouth.
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhaling out the mouth.
Just allowing your energies to settle,
Brushing away anything that you had to do before,
Anything you have to do after.
Just allowing yourself to land in this now moment,
A time and opportunity to connect with yourself,
Feeling the energy settle around the outsides of your skin,
Bringing that in towards your muscles,
Your bones,
And bringing your attention right into the belly,
The hara,
The dantien,
The base of the kundalini energy,
Just below the belly button.
Coming in first to the spiritual body,
Noticing the spiritual body,
How is your spiritual body doing?
Is it connected?
Is it disconnected?
Do you feel aware of it,
Unaware of it?
See if it has a need,
A request,
A message,
Allowing yourself to pause and take notes if anything comes up that you want to remember.
What message does the spiritual body have?
And then letting that go,
Tuning now into the emotional body,
Noticing that they're different.
Where is your emotional body today?
Is it scattered?
Is it gathered?
Is it close to you or far away?
Does it have a message or request,
A need?
Just letting yourself be with that for a moment,
Feeling free to jot down any notes if you want to remember this piece,
Pausing the audio at any time to do so,
And then letting that go,
Tuning now into the mental body,
How busy or active is the mind?
Is it far away from you?
Is it close by?
Is the mental tank full or empty,
Or somewhere in between?
Just noticing what does it need,
And then letting that go,
Coming now to the physical body.
What does the physical body need?
Is its tank on full or empty?
Is it tired or rested,
Energetic,
Excited?
Noticing any little ticks in the physical body that want your attention.
Notice if it has a message for you,
And then letting go of that,
And lastly coming to the heart body,
Tuning into the heart.
What does it need?
What does it long to express?
Does it feel full or empty?
Just noticing,
Taking notes if you'd like,
But mostly being with all of these parts of yourself,
Noticing even that there are all these parts living in one place.
They all have different needs,
They all have different timelines,
They all have different tanks of full or empty.
It's a way of tuning into yourself,
Taking a self-inventory,
And feeding your spirit,
Your emotions,
Your mind,
Your body,
Your heart,
Whatever it needs,
So that you can come into greater balance.
You can come back to this at any time.
Namaste.
