This is a short meditation for daily practice to help drop you into a deeper awareness of the 5 bodies, gaining insight into what they might need or want from you. Most of us are unaware, or out of touch, of the fact that these bodies even exist and that we are more than our physical body, making it difficult to tend to these layered individual needs.
