Intuition is the felt sensory experience of your heart and the energy of your highest self in communication with you.  It is what you witness each time you go within for answers, guidance, and wisdom. Intuition is the most beautiful impression given by your inner being - your soul consciousness in deliberate communication with your physical being.  Whenever you go inward to access your intuitive knowing, you receive the answers - the guidance - of your highest self.  Trust in the wisdom that you are given.  This is how you live enlightened; how you live as an multidimensional intuitive being; it is how you receive the incredible wisdom of your authentic nature. In this meditation, I share the simple and yet so profound method for accessing your inner wisdom.  As you practice this you will notice your confidence grow; and you will feel the inspired knowing that you have all of the answers that you need - within you.  namaste xo

Intuition is the felt,

Sensory experience of your heart,

The energy of your highest self in communication with you.

It is what you witness each time you go within for answers,

Guidance,

And wisdom.

Intuition like meditation involves practice.

If you don't experience or receive an answer to any of your questions,

Simply ask again.

Allow yourself more time to simply witness whatever you experience.

Part of your discovery of mindful intuition is to recognize the channels,

The best means by which you receive your guidance.

Some of this will be a practice to observe how you best receive your answers.

The main thing is that you practice.

You use your intuition daily.

Allow it to help you grow your confidence in the wisdom and answers that you receive.

For a time with your eyes closed,

Move your attention into the region of your heart.

What do you notice?

Place one hand on your chest over your heart center.

Hold awareness here.

What do you feel?

Allow your breathing to soften,

To deepen.

Sook,

Soak,

Soak,

Get deeper.

Begin taking longer inhalations,

Allowing for a restful exhale.

Taking for restful exhalations.

In into your breath,

Feel its expansive nature.

As you release your breath,

Soften into the center of your chest.

Go inward here into the experience of your intuitive self.

Whenever you go inward to access your intuitive wisdom,

You receive the answers,

The guidance of your highest self.

Trust in the wisdom that you are given.

All you need to do each time you are in search of guidance,

Answers,

Intuitive information is to ask.

Ask,

What is the right and best path for me in this moment?

Let yourself receive your answer.

For any problem that you are contemplating an answer,

A solution for,

Ask,

What is the right decision?

What is the most loving and kind action I can demonstrate in this situation,

In this moment?

What is the most loving and kind action I can demonstrate towards this person?

What is the most loving and kind action I can demonstrate for myself in this moment?

What is the most loving and kind action I can demonstrate towards this person?

Begin to ask your intuitive self for guidance and wisdom in all moments.

Learn to trust in your intuitive wisdom by following,

Listening to it,

Letting it guide you even if it doesn't always seem to make sense.

Ask a question of your intuitive wisdom,

Your highest self,

And let your inner voice be the voice that you follow.

Quiet the voice of your ego mind by focusing on your breath,

Your deliberate inhalation and gentle exhalation.

Then go inward to ask the sense to receive your guidance.

Trust in the intuitive knowing that you are always given,

Always receiving.

Trust that it is within your perfect knowing to receive divine intuition.

Return your attention to your breathing often.

Follow the flow of your breath as it moves into the body,

As it flows into the lungs,

As you sense the answers you are given.

Let breath be the means by which you connect inward,

Focusing on your breath,

On your heart center.

Let the wisdom of your inner guidance be what you seek.

This is how you come to know your right path,

Your right knowing.

This is how you come to know your right path,

Your right knowing.

This is how you come to know your right path,

Your right knowing.

This is how you come to know your right path,

Your right knowing.

Excellent questions, good space between. I'd have liked less lecture at beginning and end. That will make it frustrating to listen to multiple times, as i would like. Maybe separate audios with explanation and guided meditation? ...... There's no way to skip ahead, at least in my version of the app. We can stop early, but can't move around in the audio.
