Begin in a comfortable posture.
Find a way to be still,
To be comfortable,
To close your eyes.
Know that you can readjust your posture as you need to as we go along,
To always feel comfortable in your body.
And with those eyes closed,
Allow yourself to go inward.
First to begin by feeling,
Noticing what you feel inside your body.
Sensations.
Notice your breath.
Notice your mood and how you feel.
I invite you to simply be with whatever you are aware of.
The object is not to disavow or ignore our inner state as it is,
But rather to be aware of it.
As you breathe,
Be attentive to whatever else you notice inside your being.
Without judging it,
Just simply observing.
As we observe what's happening within us,
We learn,
We understand.
We are better able to discern how we feel,
What we need,
How we want to be.
So next,
Take a moment after acknowledging how you currently are.
Note how you would like to feel,
Exist as,
And note it now.
Use the present tense,
I feel or I am,
To state your desired way of being or feeling.
And as you say your desired state in the present tense,
Maybe you will repeat it more than once.
Allow yourself to feel this new desired feeling or state of being in your body right now.
Say whatever other words and phrases inspire you,
Excite you,
Remind you of your capability of manifesting simply through desire and using the energy of your free will and your heart center to move you towards that.
And finally,
Allow yourself to focus on the feelings elicited now in you.
Focus on your being from all of the words you are speaking.
Focus on the sensations and how you feel and allow these to grow.
This is how you change your state of being,
Your feelings,
Your mood.
Use this meditation and the technique within often.
It's a simple way of recalibrating your energy,
Of being deliberate in choosing how you want to feel and be.
Whenever you are in a place,
In a feeling that is not serving you,
Remember you have the power to choose differently.
Choose how you will feel and be in this moment.
