I am deserving. I am worthy. I am enough. Affirmations are I statements that we say to ourselves, for ourselves and by ourselves to affirm who we are. This short affirmation meditation brings us back to ourselves, utilizing the breath as an anchor to ground us into who we truly are.

Settling into our bodies and settling into our breath.

Taking a moment to be completely at ease.

If it feels right for you,

Closing your eyes or keeping them open.

Unclenching the jaw,

Softening the brow and sinking into the shoulders.

Allowing our bodies to arrive into this present moment.

Breathing into the parts of our bodies that are resistant to rest.

Feeling the breath and allowing it to radiate warmth over our entire body.

Noticing the breath and its natural rhythm.

With every in-breath we welcome stillness.

And on every out-breath,

Releasing any tension.

All of our worries.

All the thoughts that no longer serve us.

Arriving into this present moment.

Allowing ourselves to be here.

Fully present and aware.

Connecting the breath and the body together,

Moment by moment.

Letting go and letting it be.

Allowing ourselves to feel whatever is present.

No yesterday,

No tomorrow,

No today.

Just right now.

You arriving into this present moment.

Placing our left hands over our hearts and our right hands over our bellies.

Holding ourselves here with compassion and with love and with kindness.

Allowing ourselves to soften.

Reshaping ourselves with our words.

Remolding ourselves with our thoughts.

Recreating ourselves with affirmations.

Repeating after me.

I am deserving.

I am worthy.

And I am enough.

Noticing what those words feel like in our minds and in our bodies.

Noticing any resistance that may arise.

Any tension,

Any heaviness.

Noticing what it feels like to affirm ourselves just as we are.

In full acceptance.

On the in-breath,

We say I am.

And on the out-breath,

Deserving.

I am deserving.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

Noticing how these words feel.

Noticing where the mind goes.

The thoughts that arise,

Telling us otherwise.

Sitting with these feelings and with these thoughts.

Without judgment,

Without resistance.

Just noticing and allowing whatever comes up.

And again,

I am deserving.

I am worthy.

And I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am deserving.

And I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am deserving.

And I am enough.

Taking a moment now just to receive these words.

Allowing our hearts to open.

Giving ourselves the permission to feel what it is that we need to feel for these words to hold true.

I am worthy.

I am deserving.

And I am enough.

As this practice comes to an end.

We become present to our bodies.

We become present to the room.

We become present to the sounds and the sensations.

Maybe taking a moment now to invite movement back into our hands and to our feet.

And taking a stretch.

And whatever feels right for you,

Gently and slowly opening your eyes.

And thanking yourself for being in practice.

This meditation unlocked the insight I was ignoring the fear of feeling vulnerable. The background music is so calm

Smooth voice, long enough to Get the intent of internal confidence, but not too long to lose distraction.

Thank you for this valuable practice ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ The start of the practice where you seem to rather create a trance with breathing noises on the background than giving worded breathing instructions (what most instructors do), was very refreshing. Only feedback would be that the backing music track was rather loud in the mix, with some nasty resonances. Thanks so much for this valuable moment.

This was beautifully done with the right elements to make it feel like it flowed. I recommend it anyone looking for quality, peace and wisdom. If you could add a piece about lettting go of the past and pain, guilt, etc before the affirmations and being in the present that would be great. I hope to hear more sessions from you. Donโ€™t be afraid to go deepโ€”we all need that level of healing to make affirmations work. Great work, sister. Keep going.

Thank you. Your words about releasing thoughts were exactly what i needed to here. Putting my hands on my heart and giving compassion to myself brought tears to my eyes. ๐Ÿ’œ (I used my own affirmations , IAm statements that served me at this time.) ( my only complaint is the music had helicopter sounds, in my mind, triggering for me, i even took out earbuds to make sure they weren't real! Ok, so i say triggering, but it was an opportunity o explore that sound and what it meant). Anyway, lovely voice and great meditation. Thank you. ๐Ÿ’œ
