I want to invite you to get comfortable and really sit back and close your eyes.

We're going to put some gentle music on.

Just breathing,

Connecting to your breath again.

And just putting your attention on your heart space.

And feeling what it feels like to be you in this moment.

And just bringing your attention to the importance of taking stock of your life.

Gathering the lessons.

Acknowledging your growth.

And acknowledging that in a way that's happening both outwardly and inwardly.

I want you to imagine that you're viewing yourself as if you were watching a movie.

You are the neutral observer.

The witness standing by,

Observing your human experience.

And from this beautiful place of the neutral witness,

The neutral observer,

Just notice the amount of love and compassion that you have for the human you that makes her way through this life.

Outwardly,

Maybe you grew your business,

Or you built a house,

Or you completed a field of study.

Maybe you committed to an exercise routine,

Or found the love of your life.

Perhaps you closed a chapter that was ready to be completed.

Inwardly,

Maybe you let yourself change your mind.

Perhaps you opened to consider something you've never considered before.

Perhaps you were more kind to yourself.

Maybe you learned to move through your disappointments with compassion,

Or you increased your willingness to be with and fully experience your emotion.

With wonder and awe,

With great respect and honor,

Open yourself to all you've moved yourself through this year.

Take an inventory of these markers in time.

We gently look behind us,

And we see the magic and the synchronicities that have unfolded around us.

We observe the things that we set out to do,

And the things that we did that we didn't know we would do.

We've witnessed the pain that we moved ourselves through,

The struggles that we overcame,

And the radical acceptance that we've surrendered to.

As we consider the whole of our life over the past 12 months,

Maybe it's easy to acknowledge professional successes that we've had,

The things that the outside world would recognize us for.

Career growth,

Professional certification,

Skill enhancement or acquisition.

What was it for you in the area of health and wellness,

And the consideration of the status of your physical health?

Exercise.

Earthing.

Nutrition.

Sleep.

In the area of relationships,

Our biggest opportunities for growth and opening our heart to life's challenges as the opportunities for our souls grow.

Perhaps you've worked through family dynamics and connection.

Perhaps there was a change in friendships,

Professional,

Community,

Or romantic relationships that you are acknowledging yourself in.

Self-expression is another important category in our life that supports us with the nourishment of our aliveness,

Our play,

Our childlike wonder,

And our creative expression.

Where did you stretch yourself with self-expression?

Where did you get out of your comfort zone this year to take even bigger risks,

To do something new that you've never done before?

What was it for you?

You don't realize that intentional manifestation is also a category in life.

Intentional manifestation is an important way that we direct and manage our life force energy and how we're investing it.

Perhaps there were dreams that you brought forth this year.

Environments you altered.

Hearts you opened.

Experiences that you got to have and impact you got to make.

See yourself.

Acknowledge your contribution.

Pay attention to all the steps that unfolded and continue to unfold with each endeavor knowing all of it matters,

Even if it may not be finished or perfect or pristine.

And then lastly,

And perhaps most importantly,

We acknowledge what happened inside of us.

Your inner growth.

How were you with yourself this year?

Can you acknowledge your kindness,

Your compassion,

And your understanding?

Can you see and sight your inner shifts?

Conscious movement and evolution of old ideas,

Past conditioning and tired ways of being that you moved yourself through?

Call forward your own inner prizing for each time you demonstrated self-awareness for each precious moment that you remembered that you and everybody else is a spiritual being making their way through this epic human adventure.

Profoundly and with the utmost respect and honor acknowledge yourself and all that you've brought yourself through this year.

And whenever you feel ready you can grab your journal and you can begin documenting these acknowledgements.

Documenting all of the inner and outer accomplishments,

Shifts,

Awarenesses.

There are no rules.

There is just you acknowledging you.

We're going to take about 15 minutes and we're going to keep the music going.

We'll take just another couple of minutes.

Does anyone feel like they need more time?

We'll just gently bring that to completion.
