Current State Check-in: Our mental, emotional & physical state significantly impacts what we can see, hear & take action upon. By pausing & reflecting on our current state several times a day, we build the ‘muscle’ of our “Observer/Witness” which enhances our self-awareness so we can better recognize the early warning signals of ineffective states, and then make conscious choices about how we wish to show up in any given moment. We do not have a choice about anything for which we are unaware.
