These words won't lead you anywhere.

They will lead you towards the place you have never departed from.

Let's start with the inarguable.

You are.

You cannot say you are not.

That you are is a certainty.

What you are is to be looked at.

The underlying essence is pure consciousness.

You are conscious.

Therefore,

You can perceive movement,

Activity,

Phenomena.

You are conscious in waking,

Dreaming,

And dreamless sleep.

Once you realize whatever appears to you can never be you,

You are free of all personas and their demand.

The experience of supreme is indicated by the word I only.

There are no persons,

Only roles performed by animated bodies.

There are no doers.

So I invite you to suspend all ideas,

Identity.

What person you are,

Judgment,

Fears.

Surrender all of these notions as they are not necessary.

If awakening to true nature is important,

Then the thought around the kind of person you are carries no weight.

The things we will undress ourselves of will still be there at the end.

It is safe to leave these things.

As you expose your intrinsic self as that too is safe in its naked openness.

As you surrender and check in,

Notice how you already feel the spaciousness.

By agreeing to leave these thoughts,

Habits,

Conditioning,

And programs to the side.

It is actually very easy to do.

All that is required is the willingness.

No past,

No future,

Only now.

Pass on the mind music too.

Thank you,

But not now.

Surrender imagination and visualization.

This too is not required.

Clear seeing is before identification.

What is looking,

Dear one?

Notice how you move away from the outward thinking and surrender into the non-doing,

Pure being.

Parvashtha.

There is nothing to do.

No need to try doing deeper relaxation.

Drop even the habit of thinking and the responsibility of what comes next.

Do not engage in anything arising.

You are aware of it,

But not engaging.

Rest awareness right where you are.

Rest awareness on awareness itself.

Suspend any self-image and surrender deeper into stillness.

This is a sober recognition right here.

Now,

Evaporate any sense of waiting or expectation,

Willingly notice,

Without engagement.

Your innate sense of presence is deeper than silence.

Notice that you are not doing anything,

Not engaging with mental habits and constructs.

You are not in a trance.

Simply allowing yourself to be here,

Undividedly,

Attentively.

Pay attention to what is really just here.

Allow the space,

Just by yourself.

Just this.

No image,

Intention,

Expectation.

Look beyond,

From where looking looks.

Notice you are here,

Without any stories.

Notice how possible it is,

Just to be.

No need to become.

Remain present and awake,

While allowing true realization to present itself and teach the mind and the body.

Notice your arms of perception reaching out and feeling your presence,

Embracing you.

You are safe to relax into remembering.

I now invite you to notice the response to these questions from this space.

Stay in noticing.

By answering these questions out loud,

The power of your voice declares your free will permission to replace outdated beliefs that was limiting your sovereign potential.

This space has no name.

I will call it the Is-ness.

Is this Is-ness a form?

No.

Is it an object?

Is it a product of your senses?

Are you imagining it?

Are you creating it?

Does it have a shape?

Is it a mood?

Is it personal?

Does it have an attitude?

Can it get depressed or agitated?

Can it be attacked?

Can it be impressed?

Can it be owned or used for anything?

Does it need your belief in order to exist?

Does it exist because of your belief?

Can the mind exist outside of this Is-ness?

Is there any boundary to it?

Can it be sick?

Does it have a beginning?

Can it fade?

Was it born?

It died.

The answer to all of those questions,

Dear one,

Is no.

The Sangha,

Sat-Chit-Ananda.

Where has it been?

Right here.

It is not new.

How close are you to it?

I.

There is no need to reach or seek for it.

The mind might create noise saying,

Do not forget about your problems.

You might not fully realize what you are discovering.

The truth of what you are.

If it is not the product of imagination or mental thought or speculation,

And it is known today truthfully,

Then it has to be true always.

Even without recognition.

What really is here is wordless.

Everything continues naturally without suppression.

You are the knower of your person.

The person might be personal,

Yet the sense of the person perceived is impersonal.

Can this be intimidated by the person or irritable by the person's actions?

A Sangha.

Sat-Chit-Ananda.

I am the unchanged,

The untouched.

I am that.

The already whole and complete.

I am.

I am.
