To this immune-boosting work session.

We will start off with an inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Then second round,

We inhale and exhale through the mouth.

Full deep breath in and exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Feel the belly expand and everything reclaim back into place.

Take in as much air as possible.

Using the full capacity of your lungs with every single breath.

You might experience that the burn as these deep breaths are invited is a good sign.

You're hitting a gland and secreting nitric oxide which dehyalates the lungs for more oxygen uptake.

Is it possible to directly notice and have in your awareness that burn nearly starts its journey in the lungs?

It does not end there.

Inhale fully,

Deeply.

Suspend even with the breath being paused.

Respiration is still taking place.

Feel the pulsation of life force.

Traveling into every single cell of your body.

Merge just a little bit longer.

And hold here.

The signal to breathe is not the drop of oxygen but actually the build up of carbon dioxide.

Notice your wholeness.

And inhale.

Coming back to normal breathing preparing for the second round.

We will breathe in and out through the mouth.

Pucker your lips creating an O shape with your mouth as we breathe.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Is it possible to become aware of cellular respiration happening as the breath moves the body?

Feel how the breath is communicating directly with the DNA and the mitochondria in every single cell.

Producing ATP and proteins that strengthens the immune system.

This ensures body thrive.

You may feel this as heat,

Pulsation,

Tingling feelings,

Frequency.

And so much more.

The life force within.

Nourishing,

Drinking in eternity.

Hold.

Notice the living current becoming even more subtle as she rises.

Resonating softly and dissolving into radiance.

Exhale completely.

Surrender and suspend the breath here.

As the breath surrenders to quietude it falls back to the silence of no-thing.

Just be curious what it would be like if you override the urge a little bit more.

Being okay with the discomfort.

It takes oxygen 20 seconds to circulate the body.
