Hello,
Dear heart,
And welcome to this affirmation meditation.
Finding a comfortable position,
You can be seated or laying down,
Closing your eyes or softening your gaze to slowly begin to settle into your body,
Into the space.
Feel the natural rhythm of rising and falling of the breath.
No need to try to change.
Slowly observing it is enough.
Each breath is a reminder of this moment,
This already always present awareness.
You do not have to be empty of thoughts to be saturated with awareness.
Notice how awareness is the backdrop,
The stillness,
The silence in which things arrive.
Let your body soften,
Want this to happen,
Deeper relaxation.
Is it possible to relax 20% more in the here and the now?
There is no need to reach for anything or try to make something happen.
What you are seeking for is already here within you.
You are already looking from that right now.
No need to label it.
No need to name it.
Just know that it is here.
As you continue to breathe,
Notice how this awareness surrounds you and follows you.
There is nothing to do,
Nowhere to go,
Just simple experience of being present.
No future,
No path,
There is only the here and the now.
Allow yourself to rest in this simple natural awareness.
Now gently shift your attention to a familiar part of you,
The part that seeks,
That's always searching,
The part of you that desires things to be a certain way,
The part of you that feels discomfort in situations when they are not perceived to be perfect.
It's the part of you that wants the shadow work to be done,
That wants the struggle to end.
It might feel like the restless part,
The incomplete part,
Or maybe it just feels like something is missing.
Consciousness is impersonal.
There is no my consciousness.
The form with a name is merely the window of consciousness which it uses to look out into its expressions.
This part seems to be my consciousness because we have accepted the mind as our teacher.
We listen to it and obey its instructions.
Little wonder we have gone far from our true nature.
Let yourself gently acknowledge this seeker within you.
You may recognize it as a familiar feeling or sensation,
Perhaps in your chest or your neck or somewhere else in your body.
Allow it to be here without judgment,
Just noticing its presence.
The seeker you see is not separate from you.
It is part of the whole,
Part of your experience in this moment.
The tightness,
The yearning,
It's all here.
Part of the same wholeness.
Now take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Soften around this seeker.
Let it rest too in the awareness that he's already part of the whole.
Now my dear beloved,
I invite you to bring your attention to the center of your body,
Your core.
Feel the breath filling your belly,
Your heart,
The space inside and alongside your spine.
This is the place your soulful self resides,
The part of you that knows peace,
That knows presence and wholeness.
As you breathe into the center,
Feel the energy of your soulful self expanding with each inhale.
This is your divine essence,
Unwavering and ever-present.
And now as you breathe out,
Allow the soulful energy to meet the protective personality,
The seeker.
Let them merge.
Let them become one.
There is no separation,
Just the flow of energy between these two aspects of yourself.
The one that feels real and the one that feels beyond.
Touch these two together and let the energy confluence.
For these two streams to merge into one.
Take a moment to notice the sensations in the body as these two energies meet.
Perhaps you feel a softening in the areas of tension or an expansion in places that once felt contracted.
Feel the merging of your experience with your non-experience.
The energy of the protector blending with your soul.
Breathe them together.
The two integrating as one.
Feel the confluence of energy moving through your core,
Integrating in a way that brings harmony and a deep sense of inner peace.
Now from this space of wholeness,
We will speak some affirmations,
Not as beliefs but in remembrance.
Believing is like a silk blanket that feels good and provides comfort.
Believing is far more comfortable than the work required for waking oneself up.
Most seekers of so-called truth gladly settles for improvements to their existing fiction.
So instead of just saying them,
I invite you to feel them in your body.
Consciousness is the expression of the absolute.
The world is the expression of consciousness.
Attending to the world is mind.
Attending to attention itself is being.
It is impossible to fill a mind with self that is already filled with myself.
Energy moving through water we call a wave.
Energy moving through air we call lightning.
Energy moving through a body we call person.
These statements aren't just thoughts,
They are energy.
They carry the power of your soulful self,
Your divine essence.
As you hear each I am statement,
Feel the energy it brings into your experience,
Into your body.
Notice how it responds and resonates,
Not as words,
But as a lived experience.
Allow yourself to merge with each statement,
Letting it be a natural expression of who you already are.
Take a deep breath in and repeat silently after me,
I am successful.
Feel the energy of success flowing through your being,
Not as something outside of you,
But as part of you,
Who you already are.
I am free.
Feel the spaciousness,
The lightness in your body and experience as you connect with this already freedom.
I am whole.
Notice how wholeness feels,
It is not something you need to achieve,
It is your natural state.
I am one with divine.
Feel the merging of yourself with the divine.
The all-encompassing presence within and around you.
I am love.
Let this love radiate from your core,
Touching every cell,
Every part of your being.
I am.
As you abide in your center of awareness,
Sat.
The heart abides in its center of bliss,
Ananda,
Sat Chit Ananda.
Bliss and the heart are not separate,
They are one,
Surrendering into being through the love of your own awareness.
This is how to truly honor your existence as I am.
Take a moment to feel how your experience and body responds to these affirmations.
Let the energy settle,
Integrating with your breath and your awareness.
Remember that the soulful self and the protective personality are not separate.
They are both part of your wholeness.
You are the awareness that holds them both.
There is no need to fight or resist.
You are already complete,
Already whole.
Take a few more deep breaths into your core,
Feeling the sense of integration into oneness.
The more you connect with this space,
I am,
The more you will notice how your energy flows effortlessly,
Without resistance,
Without limitation.
You are safe,
Empowered and deeply connected to your true self.
When you are ready,
Gently becoming aware of the room you are in,
Carrying this sense of wholeness with you into the rest of your day.
Remember my love,
You are not part of everything.
You are everything expressed as a part.
You are both the wave and the ocean,
The light and the air through which it moves.
You are the I AM.
