Sun Consciousness,
Allow these words and breath to pass through you,
Piercing through the mind and intellect,
Returning to Source.
Because where we are going today,
Only the Spirit and the breath can go there.
Through thoughtless breath,
Eternal bliss reveals itself by taking a stand prior to the body and mind.
Consciousness can be used as a sun analogy,
Self-revealing and self-shining.
It does not need anything else to shine.
It shines on all without condition,
Illuminates all without a switch button or reason.
When clouds arrive,
They cover the sun.
But the very fact that you can see these clouds is due to the sun.
Without it shining behind them,
It would be too dark to witness the clouds.
Now imagine that we cannot look up to see the sun directly.
The only way that we can perceive the sun is through a reflection.
Having five bowls of water,
You would be able to see the same sun reflected in all five of these bodies of water.
You are not seeing five different suns.
You would still see the reflection of only one sun in five different ways.
The sun might even appear different in these different bodies of water.
A question might arise,
Why can we only see the sun in the body of water,
Not in the ground the trees,
The flowers?
It is because water has the ability to reflect the sun where the other surfaces can't.
So if the sun illuminates everything,
Why is space so dark?
Because for light to be reflected,
It needs objects.
There is too little or no objects in space to reflect the light of the sun.
Even the moon simply reflects the light of the sun.
Thus the sun illuminates all objects by its rays,
Waves of light reflecting around them.
It bathes everything it touches in its golden rays.
Consciousness thus needs an object to illuminate in order for it to experience and see a reflection of itself.
Here one notices how the mind and the physical body is the object of experience,
Giving rise and birthing,
Consciousness experiencing itself.
Both the mind and the body is still the substance of consciousness,
Just like the ring,
Bracelet,
Earring,
The necklace all has the same substance,
Gold.
The jewelry has a temporary existence made from the substance.
The substance was shaped into the form recognized as jewelry.
Pure consciousness shaped itself into the mind and the body in order to get a reflection of itself.
This then led to the three states arising in itself,
Made of itself,
Waking,
Dreaming and the dreamless sleep state.
In waking,
Consciousness experiences multiple reflections of itself as all there is,
Is only consciousness.
The ego and the mind then looks for meaning and uses symbols and analyzing and identifying itself.
These might be experienced as feelings,
Thoughts or sensations.
In the dream state,
The subconscious mind is the object of experience.
The outer world and the physical body and even the conscious mind reacting to the outer world is no longer present.
This dream and the dream world has new phenomena not coherent with the waking one.
Deep sleep that is dreamless is like the dark outer space.
The sun consciousness is still there but there are no objects to reflect its light.
Mind is completely surrendered and absent.
Thus pure consciousness simply is pure potential awareness.
Consciousness is like the sun,
Self-revealing,
Self-perfected,
Self-manifested and always already awake.
That awareness of existence is what you truly are,
Dear one.
