This is a short breath journey to reset your nervous system back to its innate being state. The breathing rhythm is inhale 2 counts and exhale 4 counts. Doubling the amount of exhale activates the parasympathetic system more and creates an environment for healing. There is also a breathold where you hold the breath as long as you can. Please do not hold the breath if you are pregnant, terminally ill, heart problems, uncontrolled blood pressure, or had recent surgery.
