Sit comfortably with your back straight in an upright position,

Or you can lie down with your arms by your side and your legs out straight,

While you will not be disturbed.

To the music,

On this journey into the light.

As you tune into the sound,

Allow all your thoughts to flow freely,

Like a stream,

A stream of consciousness.

As you breathe in softly,

Gently,

Smoothly,

See this light that is coming down from the sky,

Just above the top of your head.

Feel this light,

Connect with this light,

Become one with this light.

As we breathe together,

Imagine this light is calling to you,

Reaching out to you,

Flowing freely through you.

This light is embracing you,

This light is protecting you.

Breathing in through the nose,

The count of three,

And out through the mouth,

The count of four.

Imagine this beautiful,

Bright,

Pure,

Divine white light,

Flowing freely within you.

Feel the fire of love,

Joy,

And happiness arise within you,

And this light invade within you.

Feel the warmth of the light expanding,

Unfolding,

Transforming within you.

As you breathe in softly,

Gently,

Smoothly,

See this light that is coming down from the sky,

And then breathe fully out,

Slowly,

Smoothly,

When you've removed all the air from your lungs,

Hold your breath and go into your breath retention phase.

Holding your breath slightly beyond the comfort zone.

Taking a full deep inhale,
