Thank you for being here.

I'm your guide,

Dinah Simpson.

Let's start by taking a big breath in through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Another breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

And one last time,

Breathing in through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Just closing the lips and coming back to your normal breath in and out of the nose.

Just connecting to this moment,

Allowing your body to rest,

Coming into a laying down position or you can be seated in a chair.

Just finding a comfortable space for yourself.

Noticing the top of your head,

Between the brows,

And just softening here.

Noticing your cheeks and allowing the facial muscles to just soften.

Unhinging the jaw just slightly and allowing the tongue to rest behind the back of your teeth.

Taking a breath in and exhaling.

Just connecting to this moment.

Feeling your body supported here,

Allowing the mind to release.

As you rest here,

Allow the sound frequencies to elevate the vibration of your being.

Now take a breath here.

Come back to this moment,

Back into the body.

Feel the coolness of the air on the exposed parts of your skin,

On your face,

Arms,

Hands.

Just feeling the air settling,

Noticing,

Feeling the body grounded.

Now bring movement to your body,

Wiggling the fingers and toes.

Maybe bringing your hands,

Arms up over the head for a big full stretch,

Pointing your toes.

Taking a big breath in here,

Slow and steady through the nose and out the mouth.

Thank you for being here.

May you be happy,

May you be safe,

May you be healthy,

And may you live a life with ease.
