Hi,

I'm Deena and today I'm going to lead you on a guided visualization.

Trust.

Relax.

Be.

A practice to activate your power of divine presence.

Begin by sitting comfortably in a chair with your feet grounding into the floor.

Place your attention on your first chakra,

The root at the base of your spine.

This is the space where your tailbone meets the seat.

Gently clench your bottom and release.

Do this for a few breaths,

Clenching with each inhalation and releasing more deeply with each exhalation.

Now from this place of dynamic support,

Draw the energy downward through your legs,

Down through your knees,

Down through your calves,

Down through your feet and right down into the energy of the earth.

Continue with a few more full breaths,

Grounding more deeply with each inhalation and each exhalation.

Now bringing your attention to your first chakra or root at the base of your spine.

I trust that I am safe.

Bringing your attention to your second chakra at your lower belly.

I trust my emotional and creative flow.

Bringing your attention to your third chakra at your solar plexus.

I trust my will.

Bringing your attention to your fourth chakra at your heart.

I trust love.

Bringing your attention to your fifth chakra at your throat.

I trust my self-expression.

Bringing your attention to your sixth chakra at your third eye.

I trust my inner knowing.

Bringing your attention to your seventh chakra at the crown of your head.

I trust my highest wisdom.

Breathing into any places that feel stuck.

And now bringing your awareness back to your root.

I relax into safety.

Bringing your awareness to your lower belly.

I relax into emotions and creativity.

Bringing your awareness to your solar plexus.

I relax into will.

Bringing your awareness to your heart.

I relax into love.

Bringing your awareness to your throat.

I relax into self-expression.

Bringing your awareness to your third eye.

I relax into inner knowing.

Bringing your awareness to your crown.

I relax into wisdom.

And breathing more deeply into any places that feel stuck.

And now breathing into your root.

Breathing into your lower belly.

Breathing into your solar plexus.

Be Breathing into your heart.

Breathing into your throat.

Breathing into your third eye.

Breathing into your crown.

Be Breathing more deeply into any places that feel stuck.

Softening and expanding.

Trust.

Relax.

Be.

Trust.

Trust.

Relax.

Be.

Rest in this space of safety.

And know that whenever challenges arise,

You can access this state anytime you need.

Begin to gently bring your awareness back to your physical presence.

Keeping your eyes soft,

Bring your awareness back to the room you're in.

And slowly bring your awareness back.

On the next exhalation,

Slowly open your eyes.

Feeling awake,

Refreshed,

And empowered.
