Hello and welcome.
I am so glad that you're here with me right now.
I invite you to just find a comfortable position,
Whether you're sitting or reclining.
If you're seated,
Make sure that your spine feels gently supported.
And if it feels comfortable to close your eyes,
Close your eyes,
If not just soften your gaze,
Allowing your gaze to fall unfocused towards the floor if you're sitting and up at the ceiling if you're lying down without your eyes wide open.
And as you're getting more comfortable in your space,
Just give yourself permission to arrive right here.
You do not need to do anything with this moment.
There's nothing to fix,
There's nothing to solve,
And there's nothing to be other than exactly what you already are.
Letting your body just be held,
Held by the surface beneath you,
By gravity,
And by this moment,
Knowing that you are not alone.
You are welcome here,
Exactly as you are.
Now let's take one full breath together.
Your full breath being an inhale,
And an exhale,
Just letting your exhalation,
Your breath out completely,
And we'll just do that again.
Breathing in through your nose if possible,
And then breathing out perhaps through your mouth.
And one more time,
Inhale.
You're already beginning to arrive.
And from this space,
I'd like to gently guide your attention to the area of your heart,
Not the organ,
The clinical organ of your heart,
Though that is miraculous in itself,
But the energetic center of your chest,
The soft,
Warm space right behind your sternum,
Right in the center of your chest.
You can place a hand there if you'd like,
One or both of your hands,
But just simply resting your awareness there.
There's nothing to analyze.
You're just gently arriving in that energetic space.
Some people call this the seat of the soul.
I call it home base,
Because to me it just feels like this gentle arriving,
This feeling of coming home after a long journey.
Let's just take another breath together,
And release that breath.
And now we're going to breathe in a way that creates what scientists call heart coherence.
And heart coherence is a beautiful state of harmony between your heart,
Your brain,
And your nervous system.
Research shows us that when we breathe through the heart with intention,
We actually shift our physiology at a measurable level.
We move from stress to restoration,
And we move from survival to presence.
So doing this together,
We're just going to breathe in slowly through the heart center.
I like to tell my clients,
It's like as if your heart,
Or as if you had nostrils right on the center of your chest,
Which may sound a little funny,
But if you can imagine that,
That you're drawing in the breath right directly into the heart.
And we'll do that to the counts of five.
So inhale one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And then exhale slowly as if you were breathing out from your heart center.
Four,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
And one.
Good.
Again,
Breathe in through the heart,
Feeling your chest gently rise,
Slow and steady.
And then exhale slowly and completely.
And as you continue to breathe slow and steady,
Breathing in and out to a count of five,
Just begin to sense or imagine a feeling of warmth,
Of ease,
Or even appreciation growing in your heart center.
And this could just be from imagining sitting in the sun or being with a loved one,
A moment in a natural setting,
Or with a pet,
Or the laughter of a child.
Whatever it is that naturally evokes that sense of warmth and appreciation growing in your heart,
And letting that feeling grow with each breath more expansive.
You don't have to force it.
And just allow it to gently flow in the way that you allow sunlight to warm your face.
And this is heart coherence.
This is your natural state.
This is home.
Coherent place.
I'd like to invite you even deeper,
Knowing that you are fully in control.
But imagine a staircase before you,
A beautiful staircase made of whatever material feels most like peace to you.
Perhaps it's warm wood or soft stone or grass or light itself,
Whether it's indoors or outdoors.
And there's 10 steps leading downward into a place of profound rest.
With each step we take together,
You'll feel twice as relaxed.
Twice as open.
Twice as comfortable.
So see,
Feel,
Or just know that you're at the top of the stairs on the 10th step.
Stepping down now,
Just feeling your body growing heavier,
Growing softer.
Down to nine.
Breathing into your chest and feeling that warmth in your heart spreading now throughout your entire chest,
Your shoulders and down your arms.
Moving down to eight.
Allowing your jaw to release,
Your brow to soften,
And your breath just slowing beautifully as you move down to seven.
Just going deeper within your being,
Every breath.
Down to six now.
Any remaining thoughts that might be trying to draw your attention away,
Just acknowledge them.
Just like floating clouds passing by.
You don't need to follow them or attach to them because you are not your thoughts.
You are the sky they move to.
Going deeper now.
Perhaps your body is humming or tingling with relaxation.
Your nervous system shifting fully into rest.
Into a state of receiving.
Three.
So deep now.
So beautifully safe,
Deep,
At peace.
And going down to two.
You're almost there.
Your whole being just open and receptive and relaxed.
There's nothing to fear.
You're here.
Welcome to the deepest room of yourself.
In this deep.
Open space.
Become aware that you.
Are not just a physical body.
You are energy.
You are a field of light and information that extends beyond your skin.
Beyond the room that you're in.
And beyond what the ordinary mind can measure.
Begin to sense or imagine this field around you now.
It might feel like warmth.
Or tingling.
Or like a gentle home.
You may notice colors.
Behind your closed eyes.
Or feel a subtle shift in the air.
Or the temperature around you.
There's no right.
Or wrong way to experience any of this.
Whatever comes in.
However,
It arrives.
Or doesn't arrive.
For you is.
Perfect.
And as you rest here.
I am offering.
You a transmission of healing energy.
Pure.
Unconditional.
Intelligent.
Energy of love.
And your own higher wisdom.
Knows exactly how to receive this.
And exactly where to direct it.
For the highest.
And greatest good of your body.
Your physical body.
Your mental.
Your mind.
Your emotional body.
Your wiser spiritual self.
And you do not need to do anything.
Just being in a state of receptivity.
Like a flower.
Opening to sunlight.
Just sense.
Feel.
Know this beautiful divine.
Energy is moving through.
The crown of your head.
Softening.
Moving.
Down through your third eye.
Between your eyebrows.
Your energy centers.
Your throat.
Your solar plexus.
Your sacral center.
Just below your belly button.
And your root.
At the base of your spine.
This energy is moving.
All the way.
Through every cell of your body.
Connecting and grounding you.
You are energetically connected.
You are held.
You are whole.
As you breathe into your heart space again.
From this place of coherence.
Of openness.
Your subconscious mind.
Is fully receptive.
Just like fertile soil.
And these words.
Are not just words.
And frequencies.
Are seeds.
Your body knows how to heal.
It has always known.
It is safe to be in your body.
And your nervous system is learning.
A new story.
One of trust.
Every time you return.
To your heart space.
With your breath.
And with your intention.
You return to coherence.
To yourself.
To home.
Peace is within you.
It is not something that you visit.
It is who you are.
At your core.
The more that you can unplug.
And rest.
The more you restore.
This coherence.
This state of health.
And the more that you receive.
In this state of rest.
And restoration.
The more you have to give.
You are worthy of this healing.
You are worthy of this peace.
And you are worthy.
Simply.
Because you exist.
And let these truths settle now.
Moving into every cell.
Every strand of DNA.
And every layer of who you are.
Letting your psyche up.
Beginning to slowly come back.
Feeling the surface beneath you.
The gentle rhythm of your breath.
Wiggling your fingers and toes.
Letting more awareness return.
In your own perfect time.
Moving slowly.
And allowing your eyes to gently open.
