Hello everyone.

I'm really glad to see you guys here in our live event in this space today.

Thank you so much for joining our room.

Well,

Let me also introduce myself in the beginning.

My name is Diana,

Diana Mirceiva and I'm a life coach,

A meditation teacher here on Inside Timer and a philosopher.

As you might know,

This is already the ninth event of this series and we are slowly getting closer to the end of this series.

And the topic of this live event is the practical results of mind-body connection.

So throughout our series,

We were viewing different aspects of mind-body connection and today we are probably having the culmination.

We will speak about the results and I would like to highlight it one more time,

The practical results,

Because my approach in my work is always science-based.

I deeply lean on neuroscience and psychology.

So you guys could implement all of the information that I give to you here in your lives right away.

So it's very applicable,

Not only effective.

And once again,

I would like to say thanks to all of you.

I know that we all have lives and probably you guys have very important things to do today as well,

But I really appreciate your presence.

Let's start with our today's topic.

As I mentioned,

We had eight previous events and originally,

The series was called How to Find Peace,

Self-Confidence and Safety Inside Yourself.

And slowly it changed to mind-body connection to make it more clear for everyone what we are talking about here.

And if you haven't listened to the previous episodes yet,

Also,

I will be also referring to the previous episodes where we discuss some specific moments so you can easily find them if you need,

And if you would like to re-listen to them or maybe to listen to them for the first time.

Honestly,

I find the results of mind-body connection fascinating and I want and don't want these results to sound very loudly and to make such a wow effect.

Well,

First of all,

Of course,

I'm sure that mind-body connection is very important for everyone.

It will be helpful for any person.

But on the other hand,

I would like to know all of you that anyone can get these results step by step and there is not even a thing that you guys cannot achieve,

That you cannot experience or the level that you cannot reach because everything is possible and everything just takes time and dedication.

Well,

Having established smooth communication and a strong relationship between our mind and our body will help us first of all and I guess one of the most important moments here have a better physical health.

So you will be able to know whether your body is okay or if something is wrong in your body and you will notice it at a very early stage,

Probably from the very beginning when there would be this kind of shift because you already know how it should feel when you are healthy and if something is not that good,

You will be able to pay attention to that.

It will happen unconsciously because the communication,

The inner dialogue will be already set but of course it will be extremely valuable so you will be able to maintain a high level of good physical health,

Let's say.

It will also include having a healthier diet because you will notice how some foods are influencing you and of course you will be willing to make a better choice for yourself and as a result it might even result in losing weight,

In having a better physical shape of your body.

And of course because of that,

Because of you choosing yourself,

Your body,

Understanding it,

Getting closer to it,

You will be easier to quit the bad habits because you will already notice the bad effects of it,

I mean of smoking or drinking alcohol or whatever it might be for you or just going to sleep late and probably eating too much of sugary foods because you will already see how,

In which way it can harm your body.

So also speaking about sleep,

You will become aware of how it affects your body and your day ahead or after that.

So you will be more conscious just to take care of it.

It will happen naturally,

It is not that you will force yourself to go to sleep earlier even if you are not willing to.

This is not what I am talking about.

What I mean is that having this inner dialogue with your body,

Understanding your body will awake the,

Let's say,

It will awake the willingness to take care of all the aspects of your life.

And in one of the episodes we were speaking about comfort,

We were referring to it in the episode 3,

I guess,

When we were concentrating on the body aspect of Mind-Body Connection.

So you will also start to feel more comfortable living in your body and not only accepting yourself which is extremely important too but literally having a more comfortable life.

So you will not only raise your standards but you will also respect your body.

Probably you will start choosing more comfortable clothes or bed or posture or position of your body throughout the day or at work.

So this will upscale the comfort of your life,

I can say.

And definitely to summarize this little blog,

It will enhance your self-care or self-love.

By the way,

I am very curious guys,

What is self-love for you?

How do you perceive self-love?

How do you understand that?

I believe it is a very wide question and for each person it will be very different and I would really like to hear your opinions or experience on that.

I would say a couple of years ago this question was very hard for me to answer to and I couldn't define for myself personally what self-love was and how I could love myself even more,

Even better.

But now to make it short I would say that self-love is just taking care of yourself,

Of all the aspects of your being and putting yourself in the first place.

I am a koi,

Caring for myself physically and emotionally,

Healing any negativity or traumas when they appear.

Absolutely beautiful words,

Thank you for sharing them and I totally understand,

I totally resonate with that.

Yeah,

I totally agree with it.

Well,

And this is what mind-body connection will lead to.

So for me it already seems very inspiring.

Having talked about the physical health,

We definitely have to pay attention to our mental health.

It is I would say the second most important result of mind-body connection.

I would say they are at the same level with the physical health because I cannot say for myself what health is more important or more valuable.

It is definitely just 50-50 for myself or better to say 100-100.

Speaking of mental health,

We will of course not refer and not review some illnesses or medical conditions but speaking overall of mental health of a person.

So you will also be able to understand yourself,

Your inner self much better,

To understand who you are or who you would like to become.

So having this vision for yourself in the future.

At the same time as you deepen self-understanding,

It will be much easier for you to understand others.

And as a result I can say it will lead to finding or even building your community that you deserve around you.

Finding the right people for yourself,

Finding the people who you would like to be around or with.

And this is what we were discussing in the mind aspect of the connection in episode 4.

So you can refer to that audio if you would like to hear it in more details.

And also I'm pretty sure that all of you guys are on your way of knowing yourself,

Of deepening.

Because we are here on the meditation platform,

Right?

And I would like to ask you what results have you noticed or achieved with a mind-body connection or with just your inner work?

That's really deep and really essential and I'm pretty sure that it already raised the quality of your life,

Of course.

I guess this is what we all need in the modern life.

Because from my experience as a life coach,

I see that almost everyone struggles with that.

Let's continue our list of the results.

Continuing the mind aspect here,

I would like to concentrate on the energetic side of us.

So having built the mind-body connection will help all of us and all of you guys to stay energetic without these emotional or mental swings that probably all of us have experienced at least once in a lifetime,

Right?

And it is not something fun,

It's not an actual roller coaster but the one that I guess everyone would like to escape.

So having established this strong inner dialogue with yourself and self-understanding will make it much more easy to make better choices for yourself and to avoid these kind of swings and definitely to distribute your energy to the things that you really care about.

So to stay energetic throughout the whole day or week,

It is like not running a sprint if you have to do something but rather having a marathon where you have to think about the final goal and concentrating on what really matters.

And I find it very beautiful.

Speaking of the anxious thoughts that Jeff mentioned,

You will be able to calm your mind to have less chaotic and less anxious mind and rather more relaxed and gain the clear vision for yourself at the moment and the future.

So I would say that you'll find more peace inside of you and because of that you will also learn how to control your emotions,

How to work with your emotions.

I wouldn't say we can really control the emotions because they arise unconsciously in our body but we always can control our response to some triggers and response to stress.

Speaking about stress in our lives,

I'm sure that all of us experience it weekly if not daily and it will never be possible to get rid of stress or any stressful situations unless you are living alone somewhere deep in the forest without any internet or any communication and connection because stress appears from the communication with other people.

Not necessarily verbal communication but where are people there will be stress and it is inevitable.

And what is important,

You will be able to have less stress in life because mainly you will raise the stress threshold for yourself.

It will eventually make you braver to take risks in life and to have more opportunities.

You'll gain more self-confidence to deal with the stressful situations and what might have been very annoying,

Very unpleasant,

Extremely stressful for you in the past now could become for you just a general situation that you probably wouldn't even pay attention to or too much attention to,

That you probably wouldn't react emotionally or even care about it.

So this is what mind-body connection can help you achieve.

And because of that you will have the increased feeling of safety,

Overall safety in your body and in life,

In our world,

In the society.

So this is where self-confidence might come from.

Alright,

Mikoy,

I can see your question,

Let me read it.

Do you have any tips or practices we can do to ease the stress or anxiety?

Yeah,

Absolutely.

So we will not go into the details right now but we had an episode about it.

Give me one second and I will refer to that episode.

It was episode number 6 where we were discussing practices to build the mind-body connection.

We also referred to emotions and stress,

Right,

But we were discussing some tools and techniques which can ease stress at the moment and that can help you raise the stress threshold such as breath work,

Of course meditation that we all are familiar with and journaling and so on.

So please check it in the profile.

Thank you for the question though.

And speaking of the knowing your inner self,

It will beautifully lead you to building integrity within.

So coming or probably taking all the parts of yourself together like little puzzles making an incredible picture.

So this is what I feel inner work is and mind-body connection can lead to.

And this is what I see from a side when working with my clients,

Seeing them overcoming their struggles,

Difficulties or fears and opening up and blooming like flowers and it is really,

Really beautiful.

So this integrity that you can build within step by step slowly,

It is the whole process and I would like to encourage all of you guys to enjoy this process.

Whatever you are trying to heal or go through,

You will be able to achieve the result,

But the whole process is also so beautiful.

So do not rush anything,

Do not force it.

It will eventually be,

It will come to you.

Try to relax and enjoy.

And also being able to quiet your mind,

It will allow you to live more in the present moment,

Right now.

Cause you know,

Life is happening at this moment.

It is not the past,

It is not our future.

All we have is right now.

And once again,

I deeply appreciate you guys being here and spending the now moment together,

Creating this special and friendly atmosphere.

And as the mindfulness guru Jon Kabat-Zinn told us that if we are present in here and now,

We have the ability to heal physically,

Heal our bodies four times faster.

So it is really powerful to live at the present moment.

And as a great bonus,

It will also help you improve your memory and you will be able to notice the drastic changes.

And as I mentioned,

We will be able to heal our bodies,

Simple injuries,

Including maybe a small cut with a knife,

Much faster if we are living in the present moment.

Our bodies will do the work much better,

More effectively.

And here,

Speaking about physical and mental results,

We will be able to find and keep inner balance or balance in life when having established this mind-body connection.

It also includes the work-life balance,

Which also a lot of people or workaholics are struggling with when rushing for the careers or probably people who would like to build their careers,

But they sort of procrastinate.

There are of course many reasons for that too,

But you will also be able to not only find balance,

But to keep it.

It is not guaranteed that you will never lose balance.

As I said,

We can never escape stress,

Which definitely ruins the balance,

But you will already know that you can come back to this balance,

That you know how it feels,

You know what it is for yourself and you have all of the tools to be balanced again in all the spheres of your life.

And as we were discussing the previous two weeks when concentrating on the intuition,

Mind-body connection helps to hear your inner voice more clearly.

So we can not only tune into our intuition,

But to train it.

We were also discussing and reviewing some tools and practices that can help us with that.

You can also check it in the profile if you would like to.

And listening to yourself,

Hearing your inner voice will help you to make better choices and decisions in life.

I guess that is clear why,

Right?

Because you already know what is good for yourself and you know how good feels for you and you will eventually be going towards the good in your life and it will be much easier to make healthier decisions.

This is inevitable.

And to sum up all of that points that I was just talking about,

You guys with a strong communication between your mind and body and self-understanding,

You will be able to live a brighter,

More authentic and more meaningful life.

Your true life.

The one that you probably were dreaming about or looking for.

And as I said,

Like small pieces of puzzles coming together will draw the picture of your life.

Probably these are all the results that I would like to share for now,

For today in this episode.

And I would really like to hear back from you guys,

For me personally,

It is very impressive.

So when I see it all,

It draws for me the whole picture of life.

And I'm very surprised,

Still surprised,

Specializing in it for a long time,

Having rich experience,

Personal experience in it,

I'm still always surprised to see how it works and what it can bring into your life.

And to make it short,

Mind-body connection can enhance the quality of your life.

And I guess I believe it is the most important.

So as I already said previously,

There is a big variety of practices that help to build the mind-body connection.

And we reviewed previously just some of them because everything of course depends on a person and it wouldn't be even possible to cover all of the practices and tools in a life event.

And yes,

We choose a specific path to follow according to the wished results and we implement techniques that are most suitable for each person because everyone is different and everyone has their own preferences or struggles.
