We're going to be connecting,

Not just talking about,

But connecting to that I AM energy that we all are.

So let's take some breaths together,

Just breathing in and letting the breath remind us to settle into our bodies,

To engage inside of our bodies and stepping away from the mind.

And that's something that to touch into that I AM space,

We let go of thoughts,

We move past thinking.

And the way to move past thinking is to engage your focus.

So focus shifts from all the little chatter that the mind has and focuses on the breathing in.

And find your own rhythm with the inhale and the exhale,

Because that rhythm is going to become our focus as well.

So find yours,

Whatever how you relax,

Whatever posture you want to sit in,

Putting your focus on the breath and breathing in.

And whatever naturally arises as a rhythm,

Noticing that rhythm.

Now your focus is able to follow the breath and the rhythm.

And it can even include all the other things that are going on.

So we can notice whatever sounds are happening in the room we're in,

Whatever temperature we feel around our bodies.

The breath coming in and entering the lungs.

And we begin to notice the pattern of our breathing.

And it's got its own little flow to it.

And we don't have to struggle to find it.

It finds us.

Isn't it interesting the rhythm finds us?

And in this space that's so aware,

So able to notice sounds,

Thoughts of the day,

The space in our chest,

In this rhythm,

It's also able to function the entire body,

The heartbeat.

We notice that.

And isn't it interesting that it matches with the rhythm of the breath perfectly in time.

And here,

In this space,

There's nothing that is required of you to do.

There's no achievement that you must accomplish.

And we let the thoughts of doing it right or wrong have their day.

Let them play.

This of no importance to you.

But we've thought for so long that thinking was so important.

And we notice this rhythm that matches with our heartbeat and with our inhale and exhale.

We notice when we focus on that,

That thoughts are out of rhythm with this.

That they seem to have their own inertia.

So allow that to be just a playground for the thoughts.

Because you're spacious enough to allow your thoughts to have a playground.

And if your thoughts can be in that playground while your focus is on the rhythm,

How important are they to your functioning?

That in fact,

When a thought takes over your whole focus,

That it actually misses with that rhythm a little bit.

If we get caught up in a thought that is fearful,

It can change the rhythm of the heartbeat.

Can race it up a little bit faster.

And who are you that you can be so spacious as to notice all these things?

The rhythm,

The thoughts in the playground,

The heartbeat.

And mostly returning to the rhythm.

Feeling it.

Let your whole focus move into that rhythm.

And what would this rhythm be?

And what's based off of this rhythm?

And yes,

I'll pause here just to allow our focus for each being to notice their rhythm.

Because as you notice that rhythm,

You begin to notice its constant pace.

And that constant pace is just like an infinity loop.

Breathing in and breathing out.

And this constant rhythm can become the base of where you operate from.

And noticing this space and this constant rhythm,

You begin to feel the life energy that you are.

That your heart beats within this rhythm.

That your thoughts have a little playground up here that doesn't interfere with this rhythm.

And that you are capable of noticing this pattern.

Blending with this pattern.

And this is the creative force of life.

Constant.

Constantly in that rhythm.

And when you attune your breath to that rhythm,

Your own natural flow,

You enter that space.

And from there you can notice that you're in your center.

The center of your being which trusts in that rhythm to function the body.

Because you're not thinking about how your body functions.

You're not having to time your heartbeat.

But it's the centering force of life that times your heartbeat.

And you are part of that centering life force.

And notice how it just flows.

It doesn't struggle to be here.

It doesn't struggle to beat your heart.

It doesn't ask your thoughts any questions.

And why would it be so uninterested in your thoughts?

And yet here you are in this space.

Breathing.

Alive.

Functioning.

And notice the way your body feels.

Is it relaxed?

Is it comfortable?

And again returning our focus to that rhythm.

The I am is the base of that rhythm.

That you are the center of that continuously flowing consistent rhythm of which all your body functions in alignment with.

And though the rhythm is not so deeply interested in your thoughts,

It's absolutely interested in you.

In your well-being.

And that this creative force of the universe which you are an absolute part of.

An intricate part of that.

That force that is not separate from you.

It's actually functioning through you.

So if something is functioning through you,

It's still you.

It's this deeper aspect of you that functions the body without thought.

It's natural that it just functions the body.

And this part of you that is embodying you and functioning the body is part of this rhythm.

Which then begs the question,

What is embodying you?

The real you.

The I am.

And the I am allows for you to express and be whatever you would like.

And there's a difference in expressing and being you in this rhythm.

In what a thought might have to say about it.

That's irrelevant.

Who are you really?

If you are this rhythm,

And you are.

Because you can feel it.

And you can notice how your body is keeping time with it.

And if you are this force that is embodying a human body,

Then you are way more than a thought.

You are way more than a heartbeat.

You are way more than this body.

But this body is yours.

This body is yours to love.

And let's love our bodies right now.

From this space,

Let's love our bodies in whatever way they function.

Let's love our feet,

And our toes,

And our legs,

And our thighs.

Let's love our hips.

Let's love our torso.

Let's love our chest,

And our arms,

And our hands.

Look at that hand as the embodiment of this force,

This life force,

That you can move it.

And if you can't move your hand,

You can still appreciate it.

And you can appreciate your shoulders,

Your face,

Your eyes,

Your lips,

And everything about you.

Your hair,

Or your bald head.

You can appreciate it all.

And have you ever taken the time to just enjoy that you exist in a body?

And knowing that this is yours to use,

To love,

To function through,

And that you are embodied comes from this rhythm.

But not just the rhythm,

But that which is constantly moving within this rhythm,

That that rhythm comes off of,

Returns to,

Comes back.

That that constant feed of life energy is you.

So you're way more than the thought,

And you're way more than a body.

So whatever a thought would have to say about you is irrelevant.

And really take that in.

Because what thought has ever told you that you were this embodied being,

This rhythm?

It may tell you you don't look good enough.

It may tell you you're not this,

Or that,

Or the other.

But has it ever said,

Oh my god,

You're a life force.

You're directly connected to source energy that is beyond time,

That always has been,

And always will be,

And most importantly,

Always is.

And that isness is an absolute love with you.

And isn't it amazing that its root is self-love and self-appreciation.

That when this energy first made a movement,

It appreciated itself,

It recognized itself,

And it was amazed that it could move.

And from that,

Consciousness then generated additional awarenesses of which you are a very important awareness with so many perspectives.

But the most important perspective to get a hold of is that you are way more than your thoughts,

And way more than this body.

And that that energy,

This creative life force that you are,

Is excited about you.

It's interested in your every movement.

It's as exciting to this force of energy for you to pick up a cup and drink something,

And use that ability.

Because it knows that if you can do that,

What else can you do with this body that you're embodying?

And this life energy isn't interested in wasting time with thought.

Do you notice how distant thought is from this particular moment?

This rhythm is aware of how much energy it takes to move away from this rhythm to a thought that wants to judge you.

How it pinches off that energy.

How it diminishes the life force that you are.

Now you may think,

Well if I don't think,

How will I do anything?

Have you ever noticed that half the time you're doing something,

You're listening to a thought tell you about that which you are doing versus what to do.

So you're already doing something before your thought begins to say,

I think I'll drive down the street.

I think I'll da-da-da-da-da.

You're already doing it.

So the thought is just a little commentary.

And if you move your focus to that thought,

Then you're out of that rhythm.

So rejoin that rhythm.

Now when I say you're out of that rhythm,

I don't mean that it's no longer functioning.

Absolutely it is.

It's still timing your heart.

It's still moving through you.

You're still embodying your body.

But the focus has left the well source of that energy and is over here pinched off in a tiny little thought which is unnecessary.

So you return to this centered life force that you are.

And from here,

In this space,

The I AM,

What would please you?

What would you enjoy?

And so if you decide to manifest,

Manifest from here.

If you decide to be angry,

Experience that emotion from here.

Because I AM doesn't say I am a particular thing.

It's allowing and it's inclusive.

Would you like to experience anger?

Well,

Do it.

Would you like to experience love?

Do it.

I am love.

I am anger.

I am rage.

I am sad.

And I am happy.

I am all things when I am centered.

When I am.

And the choices that I make from my centered life source power without pressure to be or do anything that people have asked of me or told me I need to be.

When I function from this rhythm,

I am in tune with all parts of my being and especially the loving being that came here to embody an expression of source and all that is.

And that is you.

And let's just enjoy this beautiful space that recognizes the embodied IS-ness,

The I AM of all of each other.

Because just like that rhythm that times our body,

We can time in to one another and we can play and we can love and we can be an absolute pleasure of each other's company.

And this is the one that you're trusting in.

The rhythm.

The centered force that you are and is capable of embodying a body and loving and sharing that centered life force.

And I am as inclusive and no one is excluded.

And from this space we can not only love ourselves and our bodies,

We can love our thoughts which think they know what's going on and have no clue.

They're just riding this little roller coaster of rhythm.

But how about you drive it?

I'm in the rhythm of loving you and you're in the rhythm of loving me.

What a beautiful space.

A beautiful play.

Express the rhythm.

And this is the space that you can dwell at any point in time.

And as life throws you challenges,

Why not deal with them from the centered power that you are?

Because if you're embodying this body,

That means that you are also so much more.

Because what's embodying?

And have you talked to that lovely aspect of yourself lately?

And what else are you tuning into?

And how might you like to design your life and your world from this space versus a thought which worries if it's capable?

Of course it's not capable.

It's not its problem.

You could be right here and loving that thought and you can come to the very stillness of this rhythm and feel all that you are.

And it's okay if your mind doesn't get it.

And your choices here allow you so much.

Because you don't have to exclude in this space.

Include all of you.

Because it does include all of you.

And it is inclusive of all things.

And here in this shared rhythm there's no judgment of each other.

There's love and support.

First of yourself in your own embodied expression.

And then there's support of every other life force that you have the pleasure of watching express.

And at the very still point of this rhythm there's no separation.

The unified breath and rhythm of all that is.

And that is at your fingertips.

If you focus and manifest love for yourself from this space.

And it will take care of all the affirmations that you want to or think.

Because see,

The affirmations are coming from this mind.

And they are way less powerful than the centered rhythm of who you are.

Which absolutely adores you and enjoys letting all the synchronicities around you happen.

And you don't have to think about it.

I'm so glad that you're all here in this beautiful rhythm and dance together.

Isn't it lovely to share this rhythm?

That the rhythm that I am,

The rhythm that I am,

Is also the rhythm that you are.

And that we share as a being this space together.

And reflect various embodiments for the pleasure of it.

Doesn't mean we won't have talent.

Of course,

It's life.

And what among life doesn't have challenges.

But it's a lot nicer to face that challenge in this space.

So let's focus and practice this space together.

Because the more that we do it,

Then the more we exist here.

And don't be frustrated if you do it for a little bit and you can't quite get there tomorrow.

You go there every night when you go to sleep.

So it just takes a little bit of remembering to get yourself to engage in it during the day.

And as you see the infinity loop,

It is your reminder for this expression.

So you can't lose it.

You are it.

And that rhythm finds you.

And it reminds you moment by moment that all you have to do is remember to follow the breath.

Just follow the breath in.

And the focus.

Focus.

Following the breath in.

Leaving the mind behind.

Recognizing your embodied being.

And if you embody a body,

That means 90% of you is in the space of all that is.

And let that 90% love and guide your life.

And notice the difference when you leave this space and start to go towards a thought.

How it pinches that flow.

And there's nothing wrong with doing that.

It's just when you notice.

Take a deep breath in and come back.

The only way to be in this space is for you to join it.

Which means you do have that path inside you to join this space.

Because the only way to feel it is to be it.

So no one gives it to you.

You align yourself.

And you give it to you.

So it's always yours.

And anxiety reduces because you've left the chatter of the mind which is off rhythm.

Remember at the beginning when we enter this rhythm our body functions naturally in this rhythm.

The heartbeat times to it.

No problem there.

The only thing that isn't timed to this rhythm is a thought.

However,

Intuition which can generate a thought is timed to this space.

And anxiety is not.

So by shifting our space,

Our focus to the space that we really are we bring peace and centeredness to our bodies and to our mind which calms anxiety.

But you do it.

I can speak to you from this space.

But if you go there,

You did it.

It's yours.

And of course you can because it's you.

Loving this space with you guys.

And any question that you have from this space you can answer yourself.

Because here you are tapped into all that is and nothing is hidden from you.

But of course feel that little leap right when I said that everybody's minds go,

What do I want to know?

God we're so funny.

So then we go back to the rhythm because in this space there's a lot more ease and a lot less questions than the natural flow of the synchronicity of life than the allowing.

You don't have to start trying in this space.

You begin to greet that which is for you because this space calls it to you.

And the I am we often associate with something outside of us that's very powerful.

Well that's God.

The I am that we associate that way is telling you remember,

Remember who you are.

For if all that is says I am,

It includes you.

It includes everyone and everything equally.

And all that is is made up of the I am's of each of us.

So I am is another word for remember.

Remember I am includes you and no two other words need to be spoken.

Remember I love that each of you are enjoying this space with yourself.

I know how you can love yourself from this space.

The compassion,

The awareness,

The understanding,

The forgiveness,

The gratitude,

The spaciousness,

The presence that you truly are.

Enjoy it.

Enjoy you in this space.

I'm breathing in the love of each of you and exhaling out the love that I am.

Let's breathe each other in and let's share out the love that we are and to show how much abundance is here.

Let's breathe in love of self from this space and notice that when we fill ourselves up first then it just oozes out to everybody else.

So you don't have to be left out of this amazing love that you are.

Express it to you and then you don't have to try to express it to others.

You embody it and it drips off of you to everybody else.

So love you first because as you can feel when you breathe in that love to you and fill you up you notice it takes nothing from you to share it out and it doesn't drain you.

And then what that other person feels is love for themselves which is way better than you feeling my love.

No.

Feel your own because then you have it always and you're not dependent on somebody else.

And why would you be?

You're the I am.

What else do you want to achieve?

What do you need?

And then you can just enjoy loving yourself and everyone around you loving and embodying themselves and that will create all the synchronicities needed to heal yourself and to heal this planet and that's the importance of recognizing your I am-ness and loving yourself.

So let's all love ourselves.

Let's breathe it in.

Love for ourselves and then let's be daring.

First before we be daring let's get good at this.

Feeling that love come in for you allowing it to your body and then allowing yourself to fill this whole universe that you're a part of and it's love for you because when you're not separate you recognize that this vast system that you are adores you from every angle from every side to every pore love surrounds you and the abundance of it allow yourself to feel how deeply loved that you are and it's like a room of mirrors love self-love loving self loving itself back the universe loving you and you loving the universe back and it's all connected like a room of mirrors loving and returning love and I fully open to your love and I fully express mine to you I absolutely love you and more important you absolutely love you and all the power that I feel not like I own that power but the power of you loving you and more of this universe recognizing itself and loving itself both powerful and beautiful and kind and loving just enjoy enjoy knowing that you're so much more than a thought that you are the embodiment of the universe loving the universe embodied here as a being and filling the universe as the infinite the absolute infinite and immortal being that you are love to you tonight my friends thank you for spending this time and good night
